My great thanks to the team, and especially to the chief physician, Artyom Igorevich Zhukov, for saving and rehabilitating our cat Thomas! 08/19/2024, after 2 weeks of hiking in other (3rd!!!) to clinics where the diagnosis was unambiguous - CRF in the last stage, I turned to VostokVet in complete despair with a request to at least put an IV drip on an almost dying cat. Artyom Igorevich, after reviewing the results of the preliminary conclusions, examined the cat, promptly did an ultrasound and a general blood test, after which he clarified the diagnosis and offered us another treatment. After a few days it was possible to see a positive trend, our cat began to recover!!! To date, we are fulfilling all assignments, and we are doing well. Thank you all for your kindness and attention, and most importantly - for your professionalism! Good luck and success in your noble cause!

Dear owners of our beloved pets, before contacting this clinic, I advise you to read my review! Up to a certain point, we were happy with this clinic, took our pet for vaccinations and even castrated there. But unfortunately, they both treated and "ruined" him. They brought a cat with signs of poor breathing, did a blood test and said it was an infection (most likely poisoning). We treated him for a week, went for injections, ivs, repeated tests, but it only got worse. Every day we went to the clinic and examined him. He stopped eating completely, everything came back out, he didn't even drink. One day we come home from work, and he barely breathes, they immediately brought him in, told him to take an X-ray to the Partizansky vet clinic. By the way, you can't get an X-ray from them, although it says in the description of their hospital that there is an X-ray. According to the X-ray results, it turned out that he had fluid in his lungs. The doctor did not even wait for us and sent home the poor cat, who was suffocating, did not provide help immediately. They said to bring the cat in the morning, they will do the operation. I brought him, there is no doctor, they said they would call, leave him with us, they called after 3 hours and said that the operation had not been performed, he was very weak, he was resuscitated and he was lying in an oxygen chamber. I came to pick him up, there is no doctor again, I contacted him by phone, by the way, he examined our cat three times in two weeks, although we were always told that the chief doctor would look at it. They said well, we will observe, inject injections, if not, we will do the operation, but he is already ill and no treatment helps him. We didn't give a little money, it's not a pity, but only that they would help and there would be some effect. We have made an appointment at the private Animal Health clinic, I advise everyone! The doctor from this clinic immediately said that you need to first find out what kind of fluid is in the lungs, and then find out the cause of its appearance and prescribe treatment. You have taken so much time from our cat, he is dying and remains hoping that he will wait for the result of the analysis, which you should have done immediately when you saw his breathing and what condition he was in to prescribe the right treatment. This is not professional on your part. You are very disappointed and your attitude towards animals is unworthy! It will be on your conscience!

When you go to the clinic with your kids who can't tell you the reason for their anxiety, pain, or with an obvious problem that needs to be solved immediately, and I know for sure that the staff of this clinic will do everything at the highest level. I have previously encountered specialists in other clinics, sometimes even with negligence, and this is sad, and now I have something to compare it with. They killed the cat by prescribing the wrong treatment, without doing any examinations (at least a blood test), paying about 300 rubles for it all, stalling for time, just pumping out money for droppers, anthelmintic drugs, which in no case could be put. We found a competent doctor who tried to save him, but time was lost, a young 3-year-old cat died because of your mistake.... I DO NOT ADVISE anyone TO CONTACT this clinic

Disgusting clinic! Boorish attitude , both to animals and to people , the staff does not know anything , the doctors are not competent .

Понравилась клиника.Есть опыт обращения в клиники и салоны в разных городах.Стригли кота-шотландца длинношерстного со сложным характером.Заодно подлечили когти.Понравилось доброжелательное, внимательное и теплое отношение персонала к нам и питомцу.Юля -отлично и быстро стрижет. Очень удобно, что можно приехать по записи ко времени.Теперь мы знаем где реально и качественно помогают питомцам.

3 июля 2023 года пришла на прием, чтобы осмотрели маленького обессиленного котенка, которого я нашла на улице. Весь осмотр занял не более 2-3 минут, врач (мужчина) фио, к сожалению, не знаю не смог определить пол котенка, предложил корм для взрослых котов, очень грубо вел себя со своей коллегой при посетителях. Впечатление от клиники самое неприятное.

Так получилось, что в эту клинику я начала возить лечить уличных котов. В других клиниках за них браться отказывались.
Всему персоналу хочу выразить огромную благодарность! Не воротят носы, помогают животным и поддерживают словом людей.
Хоть и живу в другом районе, но и своего домашнего хвоста в случае необходимости повезу за помощью к этим ребятам.

Привезли кота на прививку, предложили чешскую вакцину, не предупредив о побочных эффектах. Вечером коту стало плохо, поднялась температура. Почитала отзывы, оказалось что почти у всех были разные побочные эффекты от этой вакцины.

Оперировали в данной клинике собаку. В результате животное чуть не стало инвалидом, если бы не обратились в клинику на Партизанском. Потом приобретали антигельминтик, в результате продали 1 таблетку вместо двух, которые должны быть в целой пачке. Поэтому теперь туда ни ногой
