A warm house, not an old and not a new LCD. Pros:
The location is very convenient, no matter where. The bus stop is ten meters from the house.
Near the Rakhmet trading house, Eurasia, school 51, polyclinic 6, KFS, several shops in the courtyard, near Magnum, Zheruyk Park. There are enough parking spaces around the perimeter of the house and in the yard.
Minuses:
The elevators are card-based, the trip is paid, inconvenient.
There is no warm parking. There are a lot of teenagers in the yard in the summer. That seems to be it.

I've been living here for 6 years.. Located in a good area. There are problems with utility networks, pipes are rotten. Poor AXIS guidance.
