The hotel has a good location relative to the shopping center and the Amur River embankment. The room is clean, but it was renovated a long time ago. A minus star for a blocked shower drain. Water filled the shower and toilet. The water in the room is not hot. The TV shows well, but only local channels.

В отеле небыл, но сауна для переферии нормальная. Мужская территория: парилка, 5 бассейнов, массаж, зоны отдыха. В общем норма. 35 юаней вход, 100 депозит.
А вот ресторан при сауне отстой. В меню шашлык 14 юаней, картошка фри примерно столько же + 2 пива, с нас стрясли 114. Что - то не сходится. Так что в ресторан не ходите, берите еду с собой.

my moms, this is the best hotel in the city, without exaggeration!

Gorgeous comfortable rooms, we lived in other hotels in Heihe - this is heaven and earth!
Buffet breakfast!!!!!
There are no restrictions on guests in the room during the day and in the evening.
The staff does not speak Russian, but is ready to use an interpreter.
On the next porch of the same building is one of the best restaurants in the city with Peking duck, you don't even have to go anywhere!

A hotel where SMOKING is EVERYWHERE!!! The stench is harsh even in the rooms! This is a hotel for CHILDREN and NON-SMOKERS. It's dirty. Lighting is like in the basement, in order to hide the dirt-stained carpets on the floors. The staff does not speak Russian at ALL. A transfer brings you, you leave your passports at the reception desk in exchange for a room key, a transfer assistant leads you to your room, a haircut on finances immediately begins, maybe where you want, what time to arrive, what to show.
As a result, I immediately looked for a new hotel and moved to the City (photo in the review)
But if you look around on the first day, you will realize that a taxi of 2km/10 yuan is fixed. Rickshaw from 80 to 100 yuan/hour. Good food can be bought at HUA FU Shopping Center on the ground floor. There is a clean food court on the 4th floor of HUA FU, where you can find suitable food for yourself. There is a PEKING Duck around the perimeter of this shopping center, very clean and delicious cooked.
The cafes in the area are very dirty, you need to go to the city center or walk, if physics allows. There is a Chinese KFC as an option. There is a good coffee shop on the facade of HUA FU with you.
It is REALLY possible to reduce the price of goods by up to 70%, do not hesitate. If you don't bargain, they take you for a non-normal person. Don't get fooled by the HELP - massage, tattoo and the like, divorce for money in terrible-smelling eateries where the living rooms of the workers are behind the curtains. If you want QUALITY, go out to the central streets, there is a lot of HONEY.CENTERS where service and strict payment by check and HIGH-QUALITY MASSAGE are visible.

I didn't like the hotel.
We lived on the 6th floor, we gave 720 for three people in 2 days, the smell was smoky and everywhere.
The cleanliness of the room on 4, the view from the window is not bad, on a busy street.
it was very humid in the room, I had to beg for the remote control on the 5th floor. The beds are really comfortable, the bed linen is clean

A good sauna, hot stones, you can relax, for residents 33yu.per person, and for visitors 38yu. There are also comfortable beds, you can stay overnight.

Spacious rooms, clean bed, drinking water.
But the service is very poor.

I do not recommend either a hotel or a sauna, however, the city itself is not about anything.
