We bought from these guys twice, for a total amount of about 800 rubles the second time. As the head of the clients' company, I came to them because my employees asked me to pick up the order in order to speed up the process related to this product. I arrived and asked if I could pick up the order. The girl is sitting alone at the checkout. Instead of turning down the music, she responds: "Come closer, speak up, I can't hear you." And, accordingly, I understand perfectly well that the service is on the level, politeness is coming. We will not order any more here. I declare it as a leader. Let such sellers stay with the customers they deserve.

Pros: courteous staff As a minus: I entered the room, followed by two more (I was the first), but everywhere there are ozone signs and one girl is sitting, there is no one at the second counter. I give up my turn and wait for the person from voltra. It turned out to be the same person. Intuitively, this is not entirely clear. I would like more substantive distinctions.
