We were passing through Volozhin in February 2025, visited the museum. The opening of the Easter egg exhibition was just there. We were given a guided tour. I would never have thought that we have such a variety of egg paintings. There are colored, black-and-white, various ornaments, patterns, and carvings on the shell, as well as on ceramics and wood. Different regions with their own traditions of painting. Of course, they also introduced us to the history of Volozhin, but it's better to visit this museum yourself, I won't tell you everything, and I don't have the same passion and knowledge as the museum staff. It's better to go to them.

The director of this museum is a very friendly and interesting woman!!! I really liked the presentation of the history of Volozhin and the life of ordinary villagers.
