The owner of the Pelletizer company, Ivan, is bothering you. We purchased a Volkswagen Teramont g/n in May 2019 6**6- IH-6 is in your Atlant M Uruche department. On Friday 06.09.19 at 10.30 we handed over the car for the installation of a towbar. I personally came to pick her up at 6.30 pm. The acceptance manager said that when washing the car, something did not wash off. He took me to the car, I saw that all the paint on the car had changed color as if it had been doused with acid, all the external elements were affected as well. The manager told me for a long time how I put the car wrong on the linden tree and it led to this result. That for an additional payment they will eliminate everything! I was shocked by this arrogance and such behavior in general. Before that, I was sure that Atlant M values its customers! I delivered a new car to your service, it was ruined and I have to pay for it.
Considering how these magicians behaved, I had to call the police to prevent further illegal actions. All the necessary documents were drawn up and I wrote an application to the police to initiate a criminal case.
Thanks to the police, the situation began to be resolved. It was solved for 11 days and nights. The car seemed to be intact. They tried to write in the act of completed works that I arrived with stains, I refused such a prospect. I took the car, I'm driving. The sediment is heavy, to put it mildly, there is no response from Atlant M, no greetings, "like" put in order, rejoice. So I'm happy. Gentlemen and ladies, be vigilant, draw up the inspection certificates correctly, in case of disputed situations, immediately call the police. I will make a video report on this topic soon. I purchased a Volkswagen Polo car at the dealership of the official dealer Atlant-M Uruchye at 202 Nezavisimosti Ave., Minsk (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) in August 2017. To date, I have encountered the problem of using the built-in audio system, namely: for full use, you need to enter a four-digit code. However, I did not find this code in any documents provided to me by the Seller at the time of the sale of the car. With this question, I turned to the specialists of the Seller's service department. To my question, the specialists of the Seller's service department informed me that in order to fix this problem, I need to sign up for a diagnosis, according to the results of which I will be informed of this four-digit code. Also, these specialists (you can specify who exactly) indicated to me that this service will cost me 42 Belarusian rubles. ( after they started saying that it was only 16 or 20? Where do the numbers come from? Out of your head? ) . In particular, they explained to me that the code is necessary to comply with security measures (apparently, when I pay for it, the danger will pass me by). Why was the code not provided to me at the time of purchase of the car? (the car is mine, the audio system is mine, the code is mine too!!!) ? Why does the Seller allow himself to violate the Law on Consumer Protection in several articles? Why is an encoded product sold, and then the code is sold separately from it as a service? Rating 1. I will give maximum publicity!
