I purchased a Volkswagen Polo at the end of August 2019 from an official dealer in Uruchye. For 4 years, I regularly carried out maintenance and body repairs on insurance from him. I contacted Atlant M (Uruchye), the official dealer with whom I have been cooperating for all years, on this issue. Initially, upon examination, the young man said that this was not a guaranteed case. A 15-year warranty on END-to-END corrosion. I laughed, saying that I probably arrived early, I need to wait for the through holes to appear)) I INSISTED on making official documents. After 2 weeks, I received a reply on the phone that the manufacturer replied that this was not a warranty case. When asked to send an official response, I was asked to come back and write a statement. Seeing my persistence and annoyance, didn't I initially officially apply?! The next day, I received a response not from the manufacturer, but from Atlant M, where the head of body repair informs me that the paintwork began to swell due to "mechanical damage" (the surface varnish was worn off, moisture got into the microcracks - that's rust).Even when inspecting the car, they voiced this option to me, to which I noticed that on the car, externally, from a collision with fine gravel, there are chips of paint to metal, and they have been for a long time, but for some reason there is no rust, and in places where there is no direct contact with precipitation, sharply, All over the car, let's go. The second claim, about the paintwork under the hood, at the welding site, was answered that the warranty year had expired. Thus, trusting the dealer, without looking under the hood, being serviced only by him, I lost time when I could prove the poor quality of the work done. After all, any master knows that if all the stages of the LPR are observed, this place cannot be under the hood!!! it will be covered with rust after 3 years. THE RESULT! I see no point in overpaying money and servicing a new car under warranty from a dealer if he does his job poorly and evades warranty obligations!
I painted my car here on insurance . They painted it well, and provided a certain amount for Yandex.Taxi for the duration of the work. Very convenient. The other day I took the car for a comprehensive cleaning according to the bonus program. They cleaned the interior, washed the windows, thresholds, mats, blackened the rubber, cleaned the discs from carbon deposits. I paid only 15 rubles, and I was also given 2 coffees (I was not alone). I had to interact with such departments as: sales department, service department, body repair department, warranty service department. At all stages and in all departments, there is complete lack of customer orientation, not professional managers who "on the go" come up with excuses and answers to questions asked! The service is at the lowest level, I can compare it even with the most budget car services, such as Renault, Lada. It only gets worse from year to year. In the last year, even gross violations of the law have been allowed, they probably believe that the application from the consumer is unnecessary actions and pieces of paper (there is no my signature and familiarization with the request for a list of works). They came up with the request themselves, described it themselves, launched the execution order themselves, executed it themselves, just called and reported the solution, there is NOT A SINGLE DOCUMENT!!! Up is the arrogance and negligence from the manager. I do not recommend this service!!!

The car was handed over dirty, with handprints on the trunk lid. The body was not inspected. After washing, I found bugs on the trunk lid. I came back for inspection and approval of the warranty painting date, and also pointed out the appearance of a parking sensor error. We took a photo, we didn't look at the partronik because of the load of the electrician. As a result, a week later they call and ask to come again, as there were problems with sending photos with defects. There was no answer to the question of who will pay for gasoline for your "shoals". They signed up separately for an electrician. After inspecting the parking lot, the sensor turned out to be defective, but there is no need to wait 1.5 months. If you work like this, you won't have any clichés left.
I am very disappointed in the service, 5w40 oil was poured into the 2020 touareg. The manufacturer recommends 0w20. I did something in this center . Most likely, the Chinese filters were also shoved in. I drove for a couple of days, the oil level dropped. Some kind of space. This is the first time I've seen such a thing in a dealer, just without warning they pour anything. Here's the dealer's level for you. 100% this is the last time. $300 for what?

I came to link the radar (distronic) to the 2019 Tiguan. As a result, I waited for 4 hours, and nothing was done... they tried to flash it in 3 different ways and nothing, and they also took 126 rubles for 0 result. After 2 days, I went to the master in a regular garage, where everything was installed and configured for me in 1.5 hours.
