I've been there quite a few times, until recently mostly for hard hat body repairs, everything was almost fine. Once I agreed to pick up the car not every day, but the next day in the morning - as a result, they gave it back the next day in the evening. It was very unpleasant, because the request was not to speed up, but to slow down, and in the end I had to redo the plans.
I recently bought a VW train and did the tire service twice, which, by the way, is not cheap, but the price is on the market (surprisingly). Once we did 30 minutes more than promised (2.5 hours, not 2 hours)
The last time I was on TO-0, which requires Atlant M Electric Vehicles. It was necessary to replace the oil in the gearboxes (all-wheel drive).
I made an appointment by phone, they didn't specify about the drive and said: 400 rubles, 1.5 hours. I immediately realized about the price that it was fake, because oil is expensive and I was ready for price changes.
As a result - 1200 rubles and 3.5 hours (although they promised 2 hours at the time of acceptance). So okay, the price (although it's x3!!! What if I wasn't ready?), but they didn't give away the rest of the new oil, and there were 0.8 liters in the front gearbox and 0.2 liters in the rear. This is because transmission oil is sold in 1 liter, and not as engine oil - filling from a large volume container. 1.2 liters are poured into the front, 0.8 liters into the rear. That's the difference. And that's 250 rubles of money... Less money would have been spent on the 3rd (2 orders of oil)...
Of the advantages: the original oil was filled in according to the receipt, not the analog, and the price is also not horse-drawn for the oil - it doesn't seem to be cheaper. But the price of the work is... 120 rubles for a replacement in one distributor and the same amount for an "inspection" that was not recorded in the "body inspection" column in the service book
In general, it is normal, but there is a decrease in the level of uslun... Not only in this center, but in the whole Atlant M. It's sad
