I decided to stop by and say something... the service is excellent! I signed up for 18:30, arrived at 18:20, accepted without question, there were a lot of problems with the b5 passat (electrics, suspension). What was not confirmed in fact was sentenced to a hundred! The guys found the problems with lightning speed, pointed out everything, showed it, allowed them to shoot on video, calculated the cost of work and spare parts! By the way, the prices are absolutely adequate, cheaper than in the "garage" service stations!
I will definitely go to the production of all repairs tomorrow!
I would like to express special gratitude to Kozel Alexander, an engineer for the technical inspection of transport connections! Polite, thorough, competent!
I was satisfied with the trip, now only here for service!

Excellent Volkswagen service, I service my Polo, no questions asked. I decided to continue after the guarantee, because it is quite profitable, taking into account promotions and bonuses. I can safely put 8-9 out of 10 here! The guys are trying to meet us halfway in many ways. I appreciate it.

It was serviced twice, both times the impression is positive, unlike Sukharevo. Next time I will go here again, although it is 10 times closer in distance to Sharangovich. Обслуживание на высоте, персонал очень вежливый! Автомобиль проехал 921 тысячу км, все ТО делали у них, каждые 20 тысяч км и от ТО и до следующего ТО ездили уверенно!!! нашу машину ведёт мастер Максим Бородько (прошу прощения если не совсем правильно написал фамилию) отличный специалист, очень вежливый и никогда ничего не забывает, если по мелким запчастям чего то и не оказалось в наличии, то на следующее ТО едишь и не напоминаешь к твоему приезду все запчасти тебя ждут. И вообще отличный коллектив, все очень доброжелательные. За все время никаких вопросов ни к обслуживанию ни к ремонту нет. Комната ожидания вполне удобная диванчики столики, компьютеры с интернетом, зарядки для гаджетов, детский уголок, кофе аппарат, во время обеда на 2 этаже работает буфет или столовая где довольно вкусно можно пообедать.

The first and last time I came to the off-line service... Such a simple procedure as adjusting the headlights was launched to the edge both in time and quality..very long paperwork, long wait, although there are 0 people. There is no queue. In the process of adjustment, the PTFE plug was broken. Fortunately, there was glue and everything was resolved positively... The master is young and it is clear that he is not experienced. I don't want to give my car to such masters. Thank you.

Отличный сервисный центр. Все автосервисы Атлант-М отличного уровня, но на Аэродромной, на мой взгляд - просто Супер! Замечательное обслуживание, учтивость персонала, экономия времени и комфорт! Элементарно посидеть в интернете, зарядить гаджет и выпить вкусный кофе - легко в этом автосервисе. К сведению, в Уручье с этим напряг. Конечно же кафешка с вкусной едой, комфортный зал ожидания, санитарный порядок! Ну и самое главное, здесь отличные спецы! Машину доверяйте смело!

Высокая корпоративная культура, уровень цен как у официалов, хотя стараются, программы, бонусы. Обслуживание для физлиц гораздо выгоднее, чем для юрлиц. В подарок дали комплексную мойку. По качеству сервиса в целом все хорошо, но бывают вопросики. Как было сказано"больше трёх раз никто не приезжал" (имеется ввиду по одному и тому же вопросу). В целом крепкая 8

Обслуживаю у них свой Фольксваген. Очень доволен качеством и скоростью работы. Цены как у любого официального дилера - пока машина на гарантии это "выбор без выбора"... всегда оговаривают стоимость работ и время выполнения - очень чётко выполняют договорённости.
