I visited the medical center today and was completely disappointed. I am claustrophobic, which the medical staff was warned about by phone at the time of recording and before undergoing an MRI. The room where the device is located has no lighting, there was no light in the device itself either. They put on headphones, but I still didn't understand why. There is no ventilation, it is stuffy. It's clear that after a couple of minutes I started to panic. I was pulled out. My request for a second attempt was refused. Like, we have time, recording, and your time has passed (I was recorded at 13.20, entered at 13.50, and the whole procedure is +-5 minutes). Yes, it was also recommended to prepare at home. In the end, I left without a result. I will add that I had to drive 120 km in one direction and the same amount in the other. I do not require special attention to myself, but the question arises: if the medical staff does not know how to work with people like me, why write it down???? It is a pity that the office was opened, but they did not learn how to work. I do not recommend visiting this MRI for people like me. They won't help you there. Thank you for finally reassuring me that I'm not the only one, and I can try to do an ultrasound. It was for this recommendation that I drove 240km
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Anastasia Alexandrovna Ostapchuk, a rengenolaborant at the MRI office, for her wonderful, kind, attentive attitude and professionalism. Sincerely, Larisa Alekseevna Ryzhanenkova.
I'll write you how it was!Recording on December 30, 2023.approximately 17.00. three spine sections.
Dim light in the MRI exam room, the device is unlit, inside it is completely dark as in a coffin..I couldn't get through, fear, shortness of breath, lack of air.Two young specialists advised Grodno, said do not worry, many of them do not pass (I waited 1.5 months in Volkovysk, the procedure is paid, according to a doctor's prescription).I went to Grodno in Lada, recording in 1.5 days, it's light in the office, the device is illuminated, cozy, not scary...I passed the first time, the same money (I did two departments,258 rubles, in 30 minutes)It turns out that there should be lighting, it should be comfortable, saving it or indifference, I do not know, but I would like to be attentive to patients, to patients, and not bullying (I did not pay for the procedure in Volkovysk, since I did not pass)It's a pity, they still installed an MRI in their hometown and it turned out to be USELESS!!! Also, in Grodno, they do not record Volkovysk in state institutions, since there is their own device, in my case it was simply not possible to pass, next time I will demand the correct attitude and procedure, which I advise everyone who visits our city of Volkovysk for an MRI.
