I rested from 07/10/2024 for 9 nights. The hotel is new. We were greeted with cold champagne at the reception, after the transfer itself. Having gone up to the room, I was very pleasantly surprised, all the equipment had never been turned on yet, i.e. no one had lived in this room before me. Separately, I really liked the bedside table, which works as a speaker and you can charge the equipment without a wire. The room was cleaned as expected, linen was changed and towels. The food is always fresh and deliciously cooked. A variety of dishes. Breakfast is a separate song... The territory is well maintained, clean and comfortable... The sea is a 5-minute walk away... the hotel is equipped with a beach. Clean beach, nice to be in the sea and lie sunbathing. In general, I can say about the hotel, there are only one advantages. From the hotel, I took excursions from the Allianstura from the beautiful and friendly girl Anastasia. Anastasia has perfectly selected all the excursions according to my desire and desire for the tour... I remember and really liked Rafting on the river.

Price plus quality- good Wi-Fi android TV in my room is big.polite staff.cleaning every day.delicious food.high ceiling, lots of greenery.large swimming pool. There is an elevator, but a cheap refrigerator, a hair dryer, a kettle, and repairs are still not critical.if the street view is being driven by horsemen with a roar, if it is in the courtyard, then silence. The walls in the attic are thin. more repairs are underway- there is no beach of its own.there is no restaurant card.There are no gazebos to sit in.

I was in May 2024 at the inspection of this hotel as part of a promotional tour, as a travel agent. The hotel is completely renovated - major repairs are completed, the furniture is all new. It is very conveniently located relative to the infrastructure, the beach is equipped with sun beds and cabins. There are "smart" bedside tables in the room. Heated swimming pool, large enough with two areas for children, descent to the pool with large steps in the water. I left a good first impression, I hope the service will be on the level. The search results are given as 1*, but I think this is an old format.. now it should be changed to at least 4*. The territory is being improved.

Now , in order . We got here completely by accident, rebooked from another hotel, which had very negative reviews. We didn 't regret it for a second . The hotel is new (after reconstruction), everything is stylish, tasteful, has everything you need: a kettle and a hairdryer in the room, an ironing board and an iron in the lobby on each floor, clothes dryers on shared balconies. We had a suite. Gorgeous! I'll attach a photo . For your money, it's generally a bomb!) we have been to different hotels, this one was pleasantly surprised. According to the service: daily room cleaning , replenishment of drinking water, 0.5 per person (a trifle, but pleasant)) as well as tea and sugar . In 10 days, we had our linen changed twice and our towels changed three times . Both are perfect, boiling white, it looks like it's new. The interior of the halls is also pleasing to the eye. Beach. Excellent, equipped, clean, with great infrastructure: gazebos, canopies, shower, changing rooms , clean toilet. The playground is small. Everything is on the shelves , always meet the customer, individual approach This is not the first time we have been to Abkhazia, we have already visited almost all the main tourist places, but this year we decided to go to the Ritsa once again, to show the lake to the children. Nastya organized an individual trip for us only for our company, adjusting the hotel route according to our wishes. Territory: green, well maintained . The pool is quite large , with children 's sections . An interesting choice of tiles makes it very beautiful and unusual in the evenings) Well, we got to nutrition : I'll say right away: if diversity and exclusivity are important to you, then you are not here. The food is more of a dining room than a restaurant.it is not diverse and there is not a large selection of dishes . BUT : satisfying, delicious, homemade. And DIVINE pastries and cottage cheese casseroles in the morning . Special respect and gratitude to all the staff of the canteen . And probably the biggest plus for us is that there are few people . Apparently, just not many people know about this hotel yet, and in the future everything will change (which, of course, I wish the hotel), but now the dining room is half empty, no queues at the distribution, perfectly clean dishes, a lot of tables, comfortable chairs. You can sit down both in the hall and on the street. We definitely recommend this hotel to those who do not like large crowds, appreciate comfort and silence.

Good afternoon, the hotel is new, the meeting was positive, the check-in was fast, the rooms are clean while the new hotel. There is no reception desk in the hotel, a couple of tables in the middle. The hotel is a clan hotel, it looks like the whole big family is working here. 5 people are sitting and discussing something, just not work, they are sitting on the phone and do not see the guests at all ... they were not taught to greet the guests, it seemed that they were bringing money to us. There is a pool, there is no towel for the pool, and there are none for the sea either. For example, many vacationers drank alcohol in glass bottles near the pool, + many try to smoke. There are no signs prohibiting this. Turkish hotels strictly prohibit smoking and drinking alcohol in the glass near the pool, as an accidentally broken glass or bottle may then turn out to be a cut on the leg, then a claim from the guest. The hotel offers half board for breakfast and dinner, but the choice of dishes is very modest, although of course you will not stay hungry. And the smell of carpet in the room was very annoying, of course it is advisable not to lay it there at all, or take a more expensive one.
