Thirdly, the appointment with a specialist brought out emotions (I went to have my earlobes pierced): the person (unfortunately, I can't remember the last name, but the reception was held in the office closest to the entrance) did not treat either my hands or the earrings I brought. without warning, she began to shove the earring into the lobe (I had a puncture, I had to "refresh" it). Comments like "bunny, be patient" didn't help, but only made the situation worse. As a result, I came out in tears, I don't know if I'll come back again.
