For me, voca is a cool Belarusian product. It is clear that there is no such functionality as big competitors have, but to be honest, in fact: low cost and is deducted immediately from the phone number (extremely convenient), there is a TV and many channels (not all competitors in principle have a TV, but so – put on the background and cook, for example, in the kitchen or watching sports – there are a lot of live broadcasts, including biathlon), foreign content is constantly expanding (again, competitors mostly have Russian and Turkish TV series, on voca – whatever your heart desires). Well, as a bonus, they have very cool own content, for example, "Legend Hunters", and there are also films in Belarusian. I don't watch it, but I think it's a huge plus. I admit, there are still a few streaming subscriptions, but I still look at the vocals and others, so I can recommend them from my own experience.
When viewing Voka.tv on the computer in the browser, when the mouse moves, scrolling and settings appear, but there is also a certain change in the background and the screen with a shade of blue. It would be great if the screen did not change the background to this blue one, but just a scale and tinctures appeared, as in the engines on other sites. When viewing Voka.TV via the application on the TV box X4Q extra set-top box, when watching a TV show, the joystick of the original remote control (up-down, right-left) does not work, and the same joystick of the Chinese mini keyboard confidently switches programs and adjusts the volume. After the last update of the application, the channels began to switch worse, when switching to an adjacent channel, a black screen appears, when returning to the previous one, the black screen remains. You have to leave the channel to the general menu and look for it again, because the menu throws out all the time necessarily at the beginning of the first channel. The channel menu is loaded with a good delay and freezes. At the same time, traffic goes only to the set-top box. My connection speed is 100Mbps. Input Gpon at 1Gbit/s from A1, Huawei router at 1Gbit/s for each port. I am glad that all this "happiness" is needed only for 2 hours a day. And after these "dances" with two remotes, you conclude that you have to think about living without a TV.
Solid brakes when watching videos. When watching on hold, you are constantly asked "18+" and reset to the present.

On Friday, 11/25/2022, I replenished my Voka TV personal account to renew my subscription, but the service was not unavailable to me all day. When trying to disable/connect a subscription, the service returned the error "Insufficient funds to connect the service". I didn't get through to tech support that day. On 11/26/2022 in the morning, I contacted technical support at number 150. An employee informed me that money had been debited from the subscription account, but the service had not actually been provided. The employee recommended to replenish the account again for the same amount. I filled up the account, but 5 hours later, when I tried to connect the service again, the service returned the same error. After 30 minutes, I was able to get through to technical support, where my application was accepted and they promised to solve the problem and give feedback. The call was never received. On 11/27/2022, I also tried to call - the problem was not solved: the money was debited, the service was not provided.
During these 2 days, about 2 hours were spent on calls to the support service, with an average response time of 30 minutes, but there was no solution to the problem. The answer was simple: "Wait." Pay for the service 2 times and wait for it to be rendered.
To be honest, this is the first time I've met such a disregard on the part of the operator, including a really overloaded contact center. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to contact A1 only when using the Voka service.
SMS about the decision of the application was received only on 11/29/2022.
I highly do not recommend this service due to the very low level of user support and the services provided in bad faith.

A good application. It works as part of the "Mega MAX" package from the "home" Internet on a TV with the AndroidTV system. For 9 months of use, there was one technical situation when some channels were broadcast without sound. Reinstalling the application solved the problem. Thanks to tech support. There would be more channels in HD, FHD and 4K format.
The terrible service constantly slows down and sometimes the application can completely close, movies rarely turn on the first time ... and about a1 mobile communication. today it catches worse than other operators ... and they connect some paid services and write off money (although after calling the operator with this claim, the money was returned) but I'm not interested in wasting my time and nerves for this swearing ... In general, it is not clear what to pay 10 euros per month for, if all new products are paid, it is easier to download from torrents with such a service as before. In general, I hope that these are launch errors and soon the All-Inclusive Premium subscription will begin to mean what it was supposed to mean, namely access to all content, otherwise there is no point at all :))) Damn, just take Netflix, all the content is always available there and there are three packages from 8 to 12 euros per month, depending on the quality of the video. I fully support the negative reviews on Voka. A1 specialists persistently suggest connecting it, describing all the possibilities. And in the end... wasted nerves and time. Technical support is silent, it is impossible to get through, the constant stuttering of channels during broadcasting ... not a service, but a complete annoyance 😡
A beautiful and spacious office, a lot of employees, so you don't have to wait in line. The staff is polite and competent. There are areas for children with cartoons. A wide range of various equipment is presented.. There is a cafe.
The most interesting channels have been removed. And the junk is left.

It's not so difficult to make the voka application normally, so that it doesn't glitch every time, doesn't suddenly throw out about watching a movie, in the end, see how competitors do and overdo the experience, since you can't do it yourself. Unfortunately, the console does not work better than the application, it updates itself whenever it wants, the settings fly off, the video constantly slows down, the quality of the images can change several times per view... The use of these subscriptions in the service, if it's banal, even simple TV is not normal to watch. In general, one disappointment from these services is ☹️
I just don't recommend it. I connected for the sake of Setanta Sport, a week after connecting, I couldn't even log on to Voka. Tech.support is a solid translation of arrows and no specifics. In a word, a hack job...

A really disgusting service in every sense. I connected sports primarily for the sake of the Sectarian. I got slow broadcasts, not all of them, but it's still impossible to watch the matches. After the end of the free 2 weeks, I extended my subscription for a month. A month later, I replenished my account and could not renew my subscription. Tech support responded to the email a few days later. The answer is amazing: the write-off was for the previous period 🤷♂️

In our case, Kizhevatova 62 - 10 entrance, this is the trouble of those who conducted the cable (but this company and their competitors, whose points are also on this fiber line, have the right to demand that all this be fixed!). It looks like this: "you just connect, and then we're on you...It doesn't matter." So: the Internet is periodically disconnected, especially in the evening. It just disappears for no apparent reason for 15-20 minutes, and then it appears. We (although we are not experts, but just watched the frequency in the entrance) suspect problems with cable laying, since the problems directly depend on the temperature outside and rain (snow). There is no desire to listen to music on the phone again for 15 minutes at your own expense...
