Working with visitors is poorly organized, hence the long wait in line. Given the long wait, the management could organize some kind of catering point or a vending machine for drinks, because people sometimes come with children. Elderly people can also be in the queue. The only plus for visitors with children is that there is a table with pencils and coloring books.

A secluded place in the city center! It's a little hard to find!This rounded building is located in the courtyard behind the main building and you can get there through peculiar tunnels! Very competent specialists work, high-quality service and recently even introduced an electronic queue, which is very convenient and you do not need to look for who is the last and calculate how many people are in front of you, and it also became clear where individuals and legal entities are going! 🙂
Everything is very long and terribly bureaucratized. The queues are not small and not fast, go to the toilet before arrival because there is no bathroom there.
