They were in January 2023. It was very cold, -20 degrees. The path to the waterfall was well-trodden and noticeable, we reached the top in 40 minutes. The trail is equipped with a railing, it is safe to walk. The waterfall itself is full-flowing in winter, it looks gorgeous.
