An interesting tower. A very mesmerizing view. It is impossible to pass by without taking a picture or stopping for a minute, just to look. A photogenic place in the city.

The historic building, a water tower built in 1902, is located on Brusilovsky Street, corner of Amangeldy, near school #7. The construction was carried out by a brigade contractor Malakhova. The tower is a reserve tank. Inside the tower there is a spiral staircase leading to the upper tier. It would not be bad to use the top of the tower as an observation deck for residents and visitors of the city.
