The sink seems good, but this is only until the first case when the cleaner breaks / damages something for you - after that, the inadequacy of the owner of the sink will manifest itself in all its glory.
After that, don't set foot here. It's a pity, I've only been here for many years — now I'll have to look for another place with the same cozy and comfortable waiting room.
