A small nondescript building, located behind the sanatorium. Up to 10 cabins at the same time, there are 2 baths and even a swimming pool (for couples). The water is hot, you can dilute it with cold water. There is no place to drink, no mud and no shower; there is a toilet. After the session (up to 15 minutes), the effect can be fixed with juice or tea, which are sold by the hospital staff. The staff is moderately polite. Waiting in line is brightened up by cats and dogs walking freely among the visitors. The price is 250 rubles in 2024 per session. They work from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., but this is not accurate. The interior is badly damaged. Nearby, in the new sanatorium, the baths are modern, but the water is also 600 rubles already. We recommend it to those who need treatment, not the interior of the spa.

We visited this hydrotherapy clinic from the Amra hotel, and also did various procedures.The price tag is good, the staff is friendly, there is a payment by card.
It is very pleasant to be in the building of the hydrotherapy, everything is clean and tidy.

A small building behind the medical center, shabby and spreading the smell of rotten eggs. The medical staff is not rude. There is a toilet. Everything was told and shown. It belongs to the Sanaa Hotel, as the sign explains, but they take all those in need. It was in November. The schedule says from 10 to 12 reception, but 2 employees come earlier and leave later. The baths themselves are shabby. But the healing water is no worse for this. The cost of the visit is 250 rubles. I recommend it to the suffering. And you have to pay so much for your worn-out musculoskeletal system and life-worn joints. Visitors are greeted by 2 good-natured dogs and a cat. I recommend it! And I believe that it will help!

We were vacationing in Gagra in June 2021. The whole family of 6 people. We went for baths and massages. I liked everything. We were in the old spa, the new one was still under construction. The staff is normal, if you ask, they will explain everything, prompt you. The prices are normal for us, 250₽ baths, massage 500 and 1000₽. After the procedures, we took tangerine and pomegranate juice, everything is delicious and healthy. Who expects what from rest and treatment, then gets it. We are going to Abkhazia this year, if we are in Gagra, we will try to get here. We are from Siberia Irkutsk region, the city of Winter. The territory of course was undeveloped, but there was a repair. But thanks to the staff of the hydrotherapy clinic, they tried to improve it somehow, there were flower beds with flowers. The magnolia was blooming.

Vacationed with my husband in 2022 in August, I really liked it, cozy, clean, comfortable, polite medical staff, hostess. The prices are adequate. Of the procedures, we went to the charcot shower, hydro massage baths, herbal baths with laurel, persimmon, and feijoa are wonderful. The result after the procedures was noticeable. I recommend this place!

We had a rest with my husband in Gagra, walked a lot, my legs and back ached, accidentally went for a massage to a hydrotherapy clinic, got to a young specialist, call Maxim, a wonderful masseur, took into account all my whims, worked out all the problem areas, was very satisfied, came out a completely different person, felt lightness in my legs and back, if if you were in the city a little longer, you would definitely take a whole course of massage from this specialist. My husband also liked everything very much, and were very glad that they just happened to come to such a place. The building is brand new, everything is clean, well-groomed everywhere, everyone is polite at the reception. We will definitely visit this institution again if we rest here again.
