CLEVER GUYS: THERE IS NO WATER, BUT YOU PAY! How elegantly - through some unknown commission - they lifted Pushilin's moratorium on paying for a kind of rendered water service by people exhausted by hard life. What would the authorities do in the current situation "behind the ribbon": they would block the water and extort money. What does this Russian(!) SUE: supplies water very relatively - and requires payment of very large - and poorly justified - amounts. It's a strange coincidence, isn't it? How long?
