Just an amazing hotel! We had a rest here recently and were absolutely delighted. To begin with, the food is simply delicious. Everything is very tasty and varied! We had breakfast – there was a huge selection, and there was more than enough of everything.
The staff is a separate topic for praise! Everyone is very friendly, attentive and always ready to help. You feel at home.
The pool is just a dream! Clean, large, with comfortable sun beds. And the beach... it's just paradise! The purest sand and azure waters are an ideal place for relaxation.
It is very convenient that the transfer to the mainland runs every two hours, which makes it easy and fast to get to the city.
And, importantly, the construction site, which is located nearby, does not interfere with rest at all. We didn't even notice her presence.
In general, if you are looking for the perfect place to relax, then this hotel is a great choice! I definitely recommend it! We will definitely come back here again!

It's a great place, an excellent hotel.
The food is excellent, of course you need to take breakfast, lunch, dinner. They cook very well, the food is fresh and of high quality. There are two restaurants, a pool bar, a hookah bar, and a beach bar. Alcohol prices are high, just like everywhere else in the UAE. The rooms are spacious and well cleaned.
There are English sockets in the rooms, you need to take an adapter with you, or they can give you 50 dirhams at the reception. Discos are held on the 1st floor. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff, in general, all the staff are very friendly, they always try to help. Even with poor knowledge of English, the staff tries to speak clearly, slowly, thank them very much. The hotel itself is still new, additional buildings are being built, but the construction site does not interfere at all, it cannot be heard or seen. There is also a clothing store, a medical center, a gift shop and an ice cream shop on site. The beach is great, I constantly clean it, as well as the entire territory, and the sun beds are extremely comfortable. In general, the hotel is a mini-city. When all the buildings are completed, I think the infrastructure will be very developed. During our stay, there was a party on the occasion of the sale of a new building and a wedding, life is in full swing inside, many guests come from the mainland. There is a nuance in the transfer, there are no signs at the city pier, and when we waited an hour all alone for the boat, it was a little uncomfortable. An employee of the marina looked at our voucher several times, checked something, wrote to someone, assured us that we should sit down and there would be a boat at 8 a.m. She really appeared and the hotel staff appeared, as a result, they sailed as if to work with everyone, but most importantly, they sailed and the vacation began! In the end, the hotel is great, the only recommendation is to improve the transfer, navigation at the marina, otherwise the hotel is gorgeous!

A great hotel for adults:

I would like to mention the excellent multinational staff right away - they are the best that this hotel has! Everyone is very nice and friendly.
A free boat runs every 2 hours between the mainland and the island.
Another advantage is a good swimming pool, clear sea and sandy beach.
On the downside: despite the interesting concept of 18+, it's not worth waiting for parties, music is always playing, but no one is dancing or having fun.
Construction is underway all over the island, and if you're staying with a view of Dozhd Street (which I don't recommend), get ready to look out the windows of a completely empty building against it.

Fruits were particularly enthusiastic: pineapple (the top one!), papaya, melon, watermelon, dates. In short, he definitely won't leave hungry. And this is just a buffet, you can go to a restaurant instead.
- The number. It's clean and cozy. Cleaned daily, the water is replenished. There were no complaints. Actually, thanks a lot to the staff.
- Nuances. And what's the catch in this splendor? The hotel is located on an island, which is a 30-40-minute yacht ride from the mainland. The transfer runs every two hours, so it didn't bother us at all. But the price tag of this nuance has saved significantly with excellent quality of rest. Plus, although the hotel positions itself as a hangout, it is more suitable for a calm and measured rest. Well, keep in mind that there is no alcohol in breakfast-dinners (after all, not Turkey). There are several bars, but for one cocktail you will have to pay 60-100 dirhams (well, about a thousand or more rubles), so they are not popular.

We had a rest in September 2024. The hotel itself is very cool, the beach is clean. The water is clear. The staff is very polite. The food is delicious. The shuttle service to and from the city is free, every 2 hours.

And the biggest minus for me and a huge urge to the management!! There is a live cat and several kittens on the island (I saw two) They are not fed at all and will not even be supplied with water. Cats drink from the pool and try to fish at night. You can't see them during the day. All employees say that they are forbidden to feed animals - otherwise they will be fired (everything is monitored on cameras) There is no escape for cats from the island, and if you can't take them to the city, then you don't need to kill them like that, Mocking them!

But! This means that it 's quiet every day .There's nothing to do except the beach. When it's cold, and in January that's exactly what happens, it's fun to lie in a towel on the beach, eat and go to the room. Or in the lobby where there is nothing to do .
It's better to take everything included if it's not too expensive. There is a disco downstairs on the minus 1st floor, just like 20 years ago) red curtains, walls and no one .
The hotel is unfinished , there are taps all around , but they don 't make any noise .
In general, it will be better in the summer, but at least there will be a full-fledged beach holiday.
There are no catamarans , no saps .. There has never been a promised foam disco !

You can only get to the island by boat (hotel or private). The hotel boat departs from the marina every 2 hours. A place on the boat must be booked in advance. Fortunately, a boat arrived, which brought the hotel staff to the mainland, and took us to the island. So when booking, it is necessary to take this point into account. Settled us quickly enough. There was no language barrier, as the staff try to be as clear as possible and use a translator on their mobile phone in case of difficulties.
The hotel is small, but cozy enough. The room has everything you need: slippers, bathrobes, hair dryer, gels, toothbrushes, etc., as well as tea and coffee. We took a room with a sea view. I didn't really like the shower stall, which won't close. There is also a problem with drying hair - there are no outlets in the bathroom, so you can only dry in the room. But there are no mirrors in the room (( flaw. But these are small things.
The embankment is clean, the sea is perfect, there are many beautiful shells, fish, and crabs all around. Very photogenic places)) The sea is fenced with buoys. It is forbidden to swim for them.
The territory of the hotel is compact. There is a construction site going on around. It didn't interfere with the accommodation, but there wasn't much to go for a walk.
The swimming pool in front of the hotel is heated. You can swim on mattresses, foam discos take place during the day. There was no swimming in the pools behind the hotel.
We took three meals a day. It includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and soft drinks. There are two main restaurants on site. One of them works all day (we had a buffet for breakfast and dinner, and a la carte order for lunch - three dishes of any kind, one from each section). The food is very tasty. This is not Turkey with huge food ruins, everything is more modest here, but the quality is excellent! Desserts are a separate love. The food on the menu is also beyond praise. My wife and I enjoyed everything very much.
There are some rough spots, but they didn't affect the overall impression so much that I won't mention them.
We spent a week in paradise. We were accepted late at night, and we were fed, although we missed dinner ourselves. We went to the city twice a week, the boat runs every two hours, it's not difficult to book on the website or at the concierge. The rest of the time we swam, sunbathed, ate, drank, danced, had fun, a complete break from everyday reality with a stunning landscape.
We had an all inclusive, so we didn't spend a single penny in the hotel itself, except for a couple of times for tea. The menu of drinks included is separate and limited, but we had enough, there are strong ones that we don't want at all in the heat, there are six types of cocktails, wine, the number of approaches to the bar is unlimited, as long as we have enough health.
We mostly swam on the beach, and there is also a large swimming pool where you can swim around the clock. The pool bar closes at 23:00, but on the underground level there is a disco with a bar until three in the morning, where you can continue the fun.
What to consider when choosing a Voco Monaco hotel:
1) The hotel is for adults only
2) Very loud music from morning to night. If you go to the beach further away, you can't hear her so much, which we did. But going to the bar will be a long way away.
3) The hotel is on an island, the territory is not very large, there are no animations, except for a DJ and a foam generator in the pool. It wasn't a problem for us, we had a great time.
4) Eating and drinking, paying on the spot, will be much more expensive than taking an all-inclusive package at once. There are no grocery stores, it's an island.
5) There is a continuous construction site around the hotel, only one building is open, the rest is being built every day. Again, this did not cause any inconvenience to us.
The main thing that came to mind immediately after returning home seemed to be everything. I recommend the hotel, taking into account the points described above. The staff received special respect, all issues that arose were resolved quickly and efficiently, everyone was friendly and ready to help. We only met a Russian-speaking employee in a week, we need English, but I think you can handle Yandex translation in the world sign language too.

In a French restaurant, the most delicious dish for lunch is beef cheeks.
Prices for drinks and food are off the charts. Cola is 9 euros, beer is 13, and it's increasing. Dinner will cost ~$150 per person. The price tag is also high on the mainland, but it's even higher here.
There is only one store here, but it is even a semblance of a store. They sell snacks, cigarettes, and sunscreens.

We visited the hotel in March 2025, and after reading the good reviews, we decided to take a tour here. I am very surprised by the number of five-star reviews. The hotel does not correspond to the rank of 5*. The room is even more or less empty, but the balcony is covered in dust. If you went out to the balcony in dark clothes and sat down on chairs or a chaise longue, then you can go in and change clothes. The water doesn't drain well in the shower. It's the same story on the beach, all the chairs and sun beds are covered in dust. Now about the all-inclusive system, I've been to a lot of places, but I haven't seen anything like it yet, they gave me gold-colored bracelets when I checked in, but every time you order food and drinks, you need to sign their receipt, I ordered 5 glasses of champagne a day, signed the same number of times. The feeling is not on vacation, but at work, where people are running after you with a folder with a receipt and a pen. I didn't like the food at all, both in the restaurant and in the buffet, everything was tasteless. On the third day, heartburn began. You spend at least 4 hours a day in a restaurant, two at lunch and two at dinner. There are not enough staff, you sit and wait. On the third day in the evening, we fell asleep for an hour, came to the restaurant for dinner, we didn't really want to eat, we decided to take cheesecake and fruit, different employees approached us three times and asked if we had eaten in the main buffet restaurant. And here you are sitting and proving that it's not your fault and you haven't eaten anywhere else, only after you raised your voice did they accept the order. And that's five stars. More or less only at breakfast. The sun beds are not all working, they were sitting on the sun beds, the lifeguard brought an umbrella, opened it, half of the poles were broken, this umbrella was swaying so much from the wind and at some point it almost fell on the neighboring sun beds, as a result, she asked to remove it altogether, she did not want to injure people. There are very few waiters on the beach, one Thai woman runs both on the beach and in the restaurant on the beach. We were told to wait, we decided to have a glass of proseco, but we were refused, saying that we had checked out of the room, although the check-out was at 12.00. The hotel saves on everything, the choice of dishes is very small, few staff, dirty. Now there are advantages, good music is playing and a certain atmosphere of club life is being created, good alcohol. There are waiters who really try to create a relaxing atmosphere. Construction does not interfere with recreation in any way. The hotel system spoils all impressions. I always choose hotels carefully, I want to return to almost everything, but definitely not to this hotel. The wish to the management is that if the client arrives using the all-inclusive system, he wants to get everything he is supposed to and paid for, and first of all, the service. This is a very important factor right now. I don't want to go to a 5* hotel and beg for everything. I keep in mind that construction is currently underway on the island, so the hotel should lick everyone, and not pursue such a policy. We tourists will not eat or drink too much.

The hotel is great! But there were a few downsides for us. It's very loud music. They were constantly shouting to hear each other. The music that was playing on the beach was superimposed on the one that was in the pool..It was terrible! Our room was on Dozhd Street, (this is on the wall of a building under construction) immediately above the main restaurant. At 7 a.m., they turned on the music, not loud, and calm. But it's enough to realize that it's time to get up and go take a seat on the beach, because it's hard to find a place after 9:00. The pool is empty, so everyone goes to the beach. The staff, of course, tries hard, they bring new sun beds and umbrellas. I liked the food. There was no diversity as such..But they weren't hungry. The desserts are all delicious. Once a week there were seafood (shrimp, crabs, sushi, mussels). There were no parties every day. It was just club music.
Another disadvantage is going into the water. Before lunch, when the tide is out, the setting is smooth and the shells don't feel that way. After lunch, the water goes out and going in and especially out of the water is very difficult and uncomfortable, if they knew, they would take aquashoos.

We arrived at 22.00 local time, the tour was bought in a couple of days, almost blindly, we were given an individual transfer in a strange, decently tired car, the driver was taking us somewhere, at first it was light everywhere, the illumination, but then it ended at once and we arrived at a dark parking lot, without lights at all, the driver He said, that's it, we arrived, we accordingly strained a little, clarified, but what about everything? He pointed his finger at the booth, which was slightly translucent in the dark, and said go to the boat! We thought okay, an adventure and went into the dark! We got to this stop, there's a booth with some kind of schedule, and that the last flight is at 22, and the time is 23.30, there's no one there! Interesting... we thought, but then it turned out from the side that a guy was sitting and sleeping on a chair, very tanned, and until he opened his eyes he couldn't be seen, so Memes are not a joke! He got up, turned on the light, called something on the radio, looked at the reservation, a bus with staff arrived in 10 minutes, and after 5 minutes the boat we boarded and left! The journey took about 20 minutes and we were at the hotel, immediately checked in, a decent-sized room, normal mattresses, sheets and pillows, went to bed and fell asleep! In the morning, the room was slightly examined (there is a fetish for wood), doors, furniture, and even a wooden key card!
The hotel itself is under construction, one and a half buildings have been commissioned, the construction does not interfere in any way! The views are all postcards, instamadam will be greatly appreciated! The water is very clean and bright, the colors are similar to those of the Maldives, it is very pleasant, there are practically no animals, because all this has recently been filled in and is filling up, so it's early! The hotel is 18+, from morning to night and at night (there is a club, bar, karaoke in the basement until 6 am) a DJ is playing, for three days there was some kind of wonderful afro style, absolutely not annoying! We bought breakfast and dinner, everything is decent, you definitely won't stay hungry (there is always one fish, several types of meat, chicken, fruits of a couple of types, salads and sweets), alcoholic cocktails are sold, of course, very expensive (cocktails-2200 for ours, cola-1000, hookah-5000 (very sad)! There is some kind of animation, but in the pools (and this is the entire area inside), but we needed the sea, there are sun beds and healthy sofas, there were no big problems finding places! The boats, and they are different, go every 2 hours, conditionally from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m., the boats are different from a high-speed rubber boat with 14 seats (12min goes), to a boat, large seats for 30! They are naturally free for residents! The air is very clean, we appreciated that after we went for a look, lots of cars, noise, a bit of smog, the water in these marinas, jumeirah and other fashionable mainland superstructures is green and muddy!
The staff is trying their best, there will always be Russian speakers, if you give 1 $€ in the dining room, then upon arrival, there will immediately be water, coffee and juices on your table! In general, it's a very decent place when they build/equip it (they do it very quickly) it will become much more expensive, because there the concept of all this "ugliness" will become expensive and rich, and I even believe that it will work out after the hustle and bustle of mainland Dubai itself!
