The hotel fully complies with the stated requirements. Excellent service, great restaurant, clean beach and friendly staff. The rooms are superbly equipped, there is everything from a coffee maker to an ironing board with an iron. They are very, very tasty, both for a buffet and an individual menu. A well-equipped beach and a rooftop pool, always snow-white free beach towels. I recommend a small and very cozy hotel on the first line of Palm Trees Dubai.

It took me a long time to choose a hotel, but I stopped there and did not regret it.
We had a family vacation with a child. All the staff are friendly and attentive.
One disadvantage of this hotel is the food. The food itself is great, the question is the return.
Breakfast is a buffet, at lunch and dinner on the restaurant menu you make an order and wait.. And in the evening, especially on weekends, there is a full landing and you have to wait for meals for 1.5 hours.
But this happens, as a rule, after 7-8 pm, so we ate before this full house)
A private beach, clean, near the hotel, fountains, a long street where everyone walks or runs, as well as free golf carts.
There are two Russian speakers at the reception, and they will always help you! All other communication is in English, if you don't know it well, they will try to understand you! It's very nice.
There are a couple of minor joints in the room, but it's a small thing.
As well as a cool outdoor pool on the top floor!

We stayed with a small child at the Voco Dubai The Palm Hotel for a week and a half and our impressions of the hotel remained extremely positive. The room service and the quality of the food were excellent. Despite the fact that the hotel is not very large, it is designed in a modern style and has a cozy atmosphere. A special treat is a free upgrade to a room with a sea view, which was a wonderful gift for my wife's birthday. Everything left behind only pleasant memories. I had a rest in early May 2024. A good hotel, there are some drawbacks, but you can't lower your hand for them)
1. The room is nice, fresh, but a little ill-conceived. For some reason, there is no outlet in the bathroom, it is inconvenient to dry my hair (I take my hair dryer on trips). There is also no dryer for things, which, given the lack of a balcony in most rooms, is inconvenient. But as it turned out, there is a tension rope in the bathroom, which was assembled, and it was only during the last cleaning that it was stretched for us. Keep in mind. We didn't notice it ourselves and didn't realize it was there.
The windows don't open, for me it's not a minus, but for some it may be important.
2. We had breakfast and dinner (it can be replaced with lunch). It's quite tasty, the portions are huge. Lunch or dinner includes two used drinks per person. A la carte meals, can get boring if you stay for a long time)
3. The beach is nearby, sand with fragments of shells, but so on the entire coastline of this beach (Palm west beach), except for the paid beach club. The sea is clear, there are also rocks and shells, you need to be careful, then there is sand.
The sun beds were always free, they give two bottles of water a day for free. But there is no shower on the beach. Only if you go to the 9th floor of the hotel, or rinse in the fountains behind the beach, which we did.
4. The pool is small, with a small depth. Beautiful view.
5. The staff is responsive and smiling.
6. Wi-Fi works on site, but not on the beach itself.
7. There is a mall near the hotel (15 minutes walk), a supermarket within walking distance. A promenade with restaurants, clubs, and hotels.
Dubai Marina and Downtown are a 20-minute drive away. But on Friday and Saturday, the traffic in the evenings is terrible! It stands firmly. We couldn't leave for an hour once. Keep this in mind when planning.

Great hotel!
Excellent location on the Palm Jumeirah, the first coastline with its own beach and sun beds, a steep pool overlooking the skyscrapers.
Delicious food - we had half board (breakfast and dinner) and we were absolutely delighted! There are always fresh yoghurts and smoothies for breakfast, any egg dishes are prepared and a lot of fresh pastries. The dinners are varied and hearty, I really liked the steaks and red fish!
Literally 5-10 minutes to the shopping center on foot, quite large, there is an h&m
The staff is friendly, they will do everything and help everyone, the rooms are spacious and beautifully renovated.
You can take a taxi from the hotel to the nearest metro station and further to any part of Dubai without problems (about 15 derham) by the way, catching a taxi on the street is more profitable than using apps!

We are staying at the Voco Hotel from 28.03-07.2024. The hotel is good. The food in the hotel restaurant is delicious. All the restaurant staff are smiling, all the guests are greeted in a good mood. A waiter, an assistant for guests from Russia, who speaks Russian well Khusravjon . The guests all call Max. He will always advise you on the dishes of interest from the Russian menu. And the girl Julie the waiter quickly serves the guests, friendly and pleasant in communication. At the reception, I would like to mention the attentive and responsible employees Marat, Adam (they speak good Russian) Harsh, Sanjay. They always helped us with solving any issues, at any time of the day. The hotel is excellent, the rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, the linen is snow-white. Great hotel, much better than many 5*!!!
The food is good, the rooms are clean. The beach is clean, there is where you can walk in the evening, along the embankment) the sunsets are excellent.
There is a Russian-speaking admin, thanks a lot to Marat!
We came with a small baby, he had a temperature of 40 degrees.
Marat very quickly organized an ambulance (free of charge ) although just calling an ambulance costs 500 dr .
We had an early departure from the hotel, but thanks to Marat, we were extended the hotel for free until the evening, before our departure. Thank you very much for your hospitality )

The hotel is very nice! Modern and new! The staff does everything for relaxation! There is a private beach with sun loungers! Everything is included in the price! There is a rooftop pool with a gorgeous view! On the beach and in the pool, they always give out fresh towels and 0.5 water for everyone! The hotel is always cleaned and smells nice! If an interpreter is required, he will be provided! All employees are friendly and sociable, but not intrusive! We took only breakfast, because we did not plan to stay at the hotel during the day! The breakfasts are very tasty with a large assortment! We haven't had enough in more than a week! Literally two steps away there is a store with viva products (easier) and across the street there is a large pier with many cafes (but more expensive)! The beach is closely monitored so that there are no outsiders! Drinking alcohol outside the cafe and pool (there is a mini bar there) is prohibited, security is loyally asked to destroy the enemy drink on the territory of the acquisition! We stayed at this hotel for 7 days in December 2023.
We were very satisfied!
We checked in ahead of time, all the staff is very friendly. There are both English-speaking and Russian-speaking people. The room is clean, spacious (we had it with an extra charge) all the amenities were there. Before checking in, we took a deposit of 500 dirhams (~$140). I was very surprised that you can simply withdraw from a currency card. The balance is returned to it upon eviction or you pay extra.
The hotel is bright, new, beautiful, there is water in the lobby, everything is compact but very strong. The pool on the 8th floor is a beauty. It is small, because of this, there may not be enough space for everyone. It is open until 20:00, which is also a huge plus, the water was warm in winter.
The beach is private, also small, but when we came there were always places. Towels and 0.5 liters of water are provided at the entrance. Drinks and food can also be ordered.
The food in the hotel is served according to the restaurant system. Because of this, there is not much choice-but everything is delicious. The buffet breakfast is open until 11:00. All the waiters are wonderful, but I want to mention Rashmi, Max, Bhumika separately. By the end of the vacation, they already knew all the preferences, very nice guys, crying when they left :) I would also like to note the work of Vlad with the reception, houseeping from the 4th floor, unfortunately, they did not remember the name, but the cleaning is at the highest level.
There is a Viva grocery store nearby with pleasant prices and a good selection of products. We went to all the shopping centers by taxi, you can walk to Nakhil Mall, in general, there is also something to see. Also, since the hotel is located on the word palm Jumeirah-you can walk along the alley there, there are various cafes.
My mother and I were very pleased with the choice of the hotel. We thank all the staff and management for such a wonderful attitude towards all the guests.

A wonderful, new and modern hotel. The hotel is 4 stars, but it can safely compete with 5-star hotels. Excellent design, spacious rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay (drinking water, coffee/ tea, bath sets, ironing board, bathrobes and slippers, etc.). Great service: from room cleaning to the restaurant. A beautiful and well-maintained beach right in front of the hotel. The hotel and restaurant staff are just wonderful, the staff are polite, courteous, ready to help and answer any questions. We were registered by the administrator. The food in the restaurant is not bad, everything is delicious, quite diverse. Incredibly delicious pastries for breakfast.
I would like to give 2 tips and suggestions to the hotel:
- since most rooms do not have balconies (and, accordingly, there is nowhere to dry things after visiting the beach and pool) I would recommend putting a drying board in each room.
- slightly diversify the menu of dinners and lunches.

Nice hotel on the first line, by the sea. Good repair. Excellent service (including Russian-speaking) staff, very friendly. Good, but monotonous breakfasts. Not a bad menu. Private beach with nice sun beds and large towels and free water. Rooftop pool.
The only drawback is that there are few rooms with balconies. In the rest, the windows do not open. But, the air conditioning and ventilation system works well.

We rested in VOCO for 7 nights, and I want to recommend this hotel to everyone from the bottom of my heart!
The beach is private, there were almost always free sunbeds, they give out water. There are some algae, but in general the water is clean, small fish swim
The pool is located on the roof, which offers the most beautiful view. The water in the pool is cooled, they also give 0.5 water for each person. There is a cocktail bar, a standard set - mojito, aperol, Margarita, etc. the cost is approximately 50-60 dirhams
Breakfast. For 7 days I didn't have time to get tired of breakfast, some positions change, in addition to the basic layout, you can individually order an omelet, scrambled eggs, poached eggs! Always fruits, buns, coffee, fresh juices. There is no red fish.
We took breakfast-dinner meals, for dinner you need to choose food from the main menu (not a buffet). The menu is small, we tried almost everything in a week) The portions are very large, we could never finish the dishes completely. It is much more profitable to pay extra for dinners in advance and not think about where to eat and not spend $ 200 on it
It is convenient that you can come to the "dinner" at any time from 12 to 23, you do not need to warn anyone in advance. With such a meal you are not tied to the hotel and can easily plan your day.
The room is excellent, new. We lived with a gorgeous view of the beach. There is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee set, shower gels, brushes.
Towels are changed every day, the cleaning is excellent, and most importantly, they do everything very quietly while you are having breakfast or sunbathing.
The room size is good, not small.
Location. The hotel is located on West beach, in the evening or in the afternoon you can take a walk here, there are many establishments around, various beach clubs. This implies a big minus, which is in this hotel. Due to the proximity of the clubs, loud music plays in the evening, which is perfectly audible with all the basses. It may have been so in our room, due to the fact that our windows overlooked the beach, but if anything, be prepared. And the music is in the evening-night time. We were so tired during the day that we fell asleep quickly, but for someone it may be significant. There are earplugs in the bedside table prudently)
There is a Nakhil Mall nearby, a good shopping center where you can eat inexpensively (a Chinese cafe on the right at the entrance), buy things, groceries at the Waitrose supermarket. But the price tag in the supermarket is high, if you need a lot of products, I advise you to go to Careefour and buy there, including sweets / souvenirs home.
On the beach there is a small booth abra tour, boat trips. I advise you to go on such a boat, we took the route to Dubai Marina, left at 18:45 and this is the perfect time! We met the sunset and then enjoyed the night lights. It is convenient that you do not need to go anywhere, the start of the walk from the pier at the end of the voyage, where you can get to by golf cart. Basically, all boat trips start at Dubai Marina, but you still need to get there)
Taxis are right at the entrance to the hotel, there are never any problems to leave. The cost to the metro is within 15-17 dirhams. When you come back from the city, you can take the metro to the internet city station, there are also taxis at the entrance. Call the address of West beach, so they will understand you for sure, because the hotel is new and none of the taxi drivers knows it.
There is a monorail stop right in front of the hotel, it is convenient to get to Nakhil mall or take a ride to Atalantis, the view is gorgeous!
Going towards the base of the palm tree is not very profitable, the ticket is expensive, it can be cheaper by taxi)
It was stated that the hotel deposit is 500 dirhams per night. We weren't going to order extra food and drinks, so we just refused to leave it.
There is a Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception, but this is the most unfriendly person in the hotel, in my opinion) it is better to contact someone else if you speak English
I would like to mention the staff separately, just wonderful people work here, they always helped in everything, met with a smile, you feel like the most welcome guest! Thank you very much to everyone who helped make our vacation even better! These are the employees of the beach and the pool. Everyone in the restaurant is super friendly, Cleaning is the same!

A new hotel opened in January 2023 on the 1st line. Modern, high-quality renovation in the style of minimalism. Excellent location, near the monorail station, supermarket. Own piece of the beach area. Service, service staff -everything is at the highest level. Of the minuses: there is no balcony in the room, there is nowhere to dry clothes in the room (it is relevant). The main restaurant is not designed for a full hotel load. In the rooms with a sea view, you can hear night discos until the morning. Who has a sensitive sleep is better to book with a view of the city.
Otherwise, everything is fine for a short stay.

Cons (not all are in the competence of the hotel):
- angry jellyfish in the bay, we were stung three times in a week, quite unpleasant;
- there is little chance to get into a room with a good view and a comfortable noise level: on the one hand, there is a construction site on the one side of the hotel, on the other, a Radisson with a tut-tut until midnight, we eventually settled on a quiet option with a view of the city;
- there are no balconies in the rooms, it is very difficult to dry something in the room;
- a modest selection of dishes for both breakfast (buffet) and lunch-dinner (a la carte order), loud music in the evening inside the restaurant, if possible, it is better to sit outside.
Positive:
- staff. Everyone was honestly told about the noise, they were given to choose a number from several options. Jellyfish burns were treated right on the beach, during the day they called the room, inquired about their well-being. It was very pleasant to communicate;
- the condition of the rooms. The hotel is new, everything is fresh, light control, air conditioning, etc. on touchscreens, dimmers on night lights.
- location. From the hotel there is an exit to a one-and-a-half-kilometer promenade a la Miami Beach, on the opposite side there is a park, a soft-surfaced road, a bunch of shops and a Nakheel mall. I recommend going to the Waitrose supermarket, in fact, they have been buying snacks there all week;
- on the beach they give out half a liter of cold water per person, three liter bottles are brought to the room. In my memory, this is the first time when I didn't have to additionally ask the staff for water.
In general, there are disadvantages, but the guys are trying, and the impression of the rest was very pleasant, so 5.
