Cool salon, professional craftsmen. Special respect to Elena. She changed the image of my girlfriend from brunette to blonde. It turned out sooo cool! It's just super! My girlfriend and I were delighted with the result. Now we only go to her. I liked the salon itself too - clean, cozy, a good European team, which is rare now.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Master Elena @samotkanova_hair from the Vimage salon for saving my situation in March. My burnt blonde hair was put in order, highlighted, colored and tinted, all split-brittle and burnt hair was cut off, and a stylish and light haircut was done. The shade and haircut were updated yesterday. I look just perfect now, thanks!

It's bad! I came to the highlighting, the master @samohanova_hair insistently suggested coloring the aertechs, saying that it would be beautiful! As you know, this did not happen, the TK will have to be redone by another master, in another salon and 2 times more expensive🤬
The master calls himself a top master, a colorist, but this does not correspond to reality!!!! In coloring, this master made amateurish mistakes! I let it go with rust, although I dried and cut it after! In general, zero attention (apparently the master thinks "it will do"
, "Won't notice", "grabs" But only noticed with tinting too!
I wrote and sent a photo, to which I received resistance and words : that it won't work out any other way..... What do you mean???? Why didn't you warn me then? In fact, as I found out from three colorists (yes, I consulted!), this is a gross mistake of the master, and a very crude one who does not know how to make this technique!
Look at the photo, everyone is standing from the back, there is no photo where all the jambs can be seen near the face! And in my case, there are joints both on the face and on the back of the head!!!
You need to turn on your head to analyze how it will look, and not smear and hold your fingers so that you don't notice!
This is THE MOST DISGUSTING STAINING IN My life and in Tashkent!
At the moment, "aertech" (although it cannot be called that and it is TWO WEEKS OLD!) looks like an overgrown unsuccessful highlighting, with blunders on the face, with bleached ends that will most likely have to be cut off, because it's just a blonde that will start to split!
The master is complicated and disrespectful to customers, subordination is an unfamiliar word!
About the salon - this is an ordinary hairdresser!
Who is not interested in the quality of the masters, and the works they do! Tk described the situation and attached photos, but they did not react in any way! Completely ignored! And in vain, no one canceled the Armenian radio!
I can't say anything bad about other masters, I liked Natalie (restrained, calm and neat), but I didn't do anything with her, perhaps unfortunately!
If you go to this barbershop, choose another master!!
I'm waiting for the 12th to redo it!
