Neat and clean airport. Every faculty including Musjid is there! Friendly staff. Have Yandex translate ready in case if you get stuck. I have used Yandex maps, go and translate every minute during my 7 days stay at Moscow and made my visit a breeze.

My favorite airport of Moscow, quite small and comfortable. The easiest to reach by car, the only airport that has a metro station inside, not very busy nowadays. The only airport I know that has a business lounge reachable just after check-in, before passing the security check, with a separate security check for guests. Once I visited the lounge with a guest, who was not going to fly anywhere, just comfortable meeting before my flight. Another advantage is the 50% discount for children.

Horrible treatment. We have payed online for our seats, and when came to register we were given the wrong seats. We have come on time and had the receipts of the purchase. Despite that we were told that the flight is fully bucked. Horrendous.
