09/28/2024 I went to master Natalia for a volumetric hair styling with a hair dryer. During the styling process, I asked several times not to straighten my hair, but to make volume at the roots, but the master did not respond to my request. After finishing the styling, I asked to redo it, as the master just straightened her hair, to which I received the answer that she would not redo anything. After that, I turned to the director so that she could somehow influence the master. The director had no influence on this situation. The master suggested that I wash my hair and go home (as I did not like the styling). I agreed, to which the master said, "wash at home." I left. After a while, the director called, without even talking to the master, that I agreed to wash my hair, and accused me of not paying for the styling, made a scandal and left. But after talking to the master, she called back and apologized for the situation. I think that the director is not allowed to accuse the client without talking to his employee first. I STRONGLY do not recommend visiting this "salon".

A wonderful hairdresser has recently appeared in the salon! Makes wonderful hairstyles for weddings, corporate parties. She does various types of coloring, haircuts for men, women and children.
I myself have been constantly coloring and cutting my hair for more than a year. She also regularly cuts my grandson's hair. Thank you very much to the salon for the wonderful master!

The administrator is very unattractive. After the procedure, I received the price to be paid above the stated one. When asked why such a price, she just poked me in the price list. After asking again why I still need to pay 5 rubles more than the price, I got the answer through my teeth: "for withdrawal."
Considering that last time I did the same procedure with them, it would be worthwhile to immediately fix the price with a "withdrawal" if there is no "correction" at all in the services, and you will have to pay extra for their withdrawal by default.
A very unpleasant aftertaste.

Ни в коем случае не ходите сюда к парикмахеру!!! Вас самым настоящим образом изуродуют!!!! Мастер очень медлительная, не аккуратная. Красила темной краской, вымазала мне все лицо в прямом смысле этого слова. Цвет это вообще ужас!!! Я просила коричневый в итоге ,чем она слушала ,я не знаю ,но вороной черный от коричневого кажется отлечить не может! Хотела еще подстричься, но посмотрела как она работает и передумала. В итоге выброшенные деньги,куча потраченного времени, испорченное настроение, хотя меня очень сложно вывести из себя. Девочки обратите внимание на отзыв -не ходите сюда к парикмахеру!!!!

Был на стрижке у мастера Натальи, все очень понравилось! До этого стригся только в барбере, теперь буду ходить в этот салон.
