This is the best dining room, yes, there is a dining room, I would say, the best place to eat in Pitsunda. Everything is very tasty, soups, breakfasts, barbecue, local cuisine, everything is 5 plus. There are always a lot of people and a queue, but the staff quickly copes with the influx of people and seats everyone. Next to the dining room there is a large Playground where children can frolic, as well as draw figurines under the supervision of a cute girl who works there. I highly recommend it.

In my opinion, there are too many waiters, not only for the dining room, but for any restaurant, but these are their problems, no matter how many times we went in, we invariably received delicious food as soon as possible. For children, there is a playground and various master classes (additional) Of the disadvantages: there is no toilet even for hands (paid separately nearby and not at a height), as well as a possible queue at the entrance. we went the whole vacation only here, the modest name is the dining room, although the level of the restaurant, the choice of dishes is huge, everything is very very tasty, high-quality, clean, fast. Check the checks that are counted there!I won't talk about all the waiters, but it's better to double-check the guy with the beard. It's good that before I left, I took a picture of the bill, because we had two families in one check and it was necessary to count who ate how much) the next day I had to go to return the "tip" that the waiter attributed to himself. We have been going to Pitsunda for so many years and there is such a disappointment in our favorite cafe. Who knows how many times we were deceived in it, because they don't issue a check, and it didn't even occur to me to sit with a calculator after each visit! 2 draught Sukhumi (the menu cost 150 rubles) cost us 700 rubles that evening

We went to the cafe because I read good reviews in Yandex and the 4.7 rating seems to be quite good. We spent 2500 rubles for lunch, my husband and I and the child. Pasta with seafood, mussels and shrimps, seafood, very good, but the price tag is not small. I ordered a teapot of 0.5 tea, black tea, started pouring into a mug, and it was transparent, looked under the lid, and there was a bag of the cheapest tea, which in the end, of course, did not brew by 0.5. The husband and child took borscht, said that it was not rich. In general, you can eat. But the canteen is different from the canteen. In my opinion, this is a cheap, tasteless canteen with the prices of a cafe-restaurant. On cypress alley, you can eat much tastier and for the same money. I don't recommend going there.

The tables are wiped for show, the administrator invited to the newly cleaned table (we saw the cleaning from a short distance) - the whole table is covered in crumbs!! Then I watched how the next table was wiped - the same thing - in half a second, waved a rag purely symbolically.It's unpleasant, the attitude towards customers is immediately felt, and it will do!🤦♀️I hope the dishes are washed more thoroughly?!And then there was a real desire - to turn around and leave, they stayed only because the children were very hungry and there was no strength to look for another dining room, they wiped the table with wet alcohol napkins themselves.
The menu is varied, chicken noodle soup is about nothing.The second dishes, of those that the family had time to try, were all cooked well.
The waiters are great, they run-they try, they are fast, attentive!Only they get 5 points!
I hope the administration will oblige the staff to clean the customers more thoroughly!

Large portions, delicious, and, most importantly, what distinguishes this place from all the others is a decent level of service. They are not rude, they do not shout, they always smile, they are polite, they serve very quickly.
There are queues at the entrance in the evening. It's worth waiting a bit and having a good time, it usually takes 15-20 minutes.
I liked everything, especially the meat in Abkhazian - quite a spectacular presentation.

We thought they'd fix it for dinner. We came and ordered a little, as not all of them were eaten on the eve. We sit, we don't touch anyone, the administrator passes by, and in plain text, says that we have settled in with them, we did not expect such rudeness. They informed us that they didn't like us and had to leave the institution. That's what we did.

We were with our family in the summer of 2021. We went here almost every day. Lunch is definitely here. And for dinner, sometimes the cafe "Black Sea". In the evenings, it was not always possible to get into the "Yummy" because of the queues. And what delicious khachapuri is here. For us, this cafe has justified the rating of 5.
