We were there in July 2022 according to Yandex recommendations. The food is delicious, the portions are large, we ate there almost every day, we didn't get poisoned. At lunchtime and in the evening there were queues , we had to wait from 5 to 20 minutes .
The staff is polite. There is a playground, convenient. As we later found out, there is more to take away. I really liked the boat, mmmmmmm.
For the price as in other cafes / canteens.

We decided to visit this cafe, having learned about it on the Internet by calling and rating, we came in the afternoon, but the queue was such that we didn't have the strength to wait, the children really wanted to eat. But seeing that the place is so popular, we came to dinner in the evening. There was a queue, of course, but oddly enough less, while I was standing, the children and dad went around all the shops in the vicinity. They put us in the vacant seats, we ordered, the prices are not the cheapest, the choice of dishes is large, we did not try the barbecue, although it was very praised by the reviews, but we would have to wait a very long time, a lot of orders. The food is normal, I liked something, something is not very good. But due to the constant movement around, the rapid change of people eating nearby, the feeling that it is necessary to eat as soon as possible, as families with children are standing behind and waiting for a place. We didn't enjoy eating and the atmosphere around us. Although there is a playground, and music is playing, lights are on, but there was no atmosphere of relaxation.

By the way, there were plenty of empty tables. The receptionist announced that there was some kind of queue (with three tables available in my visual field) and said that I had to leave the table. I asked for a complaint book that looks like a children's album.She described in it a strange and loud situation on the part of the canteen administrator. Three minutes after returning the book, the receptionist came up and said that she would remember us. We could not understand what this rude woman meant, since it was our last day of rest. However, the smart hosts have organized the opportunity to order takeaway food, which works faster than in the dining room. A very competent business with great and delicious dishes, wonderful service. The lamb in Pitsunda was found only here and it is excellent. Please remove the evil and stupid receptionist, who is not set up to help the visitor and works as some kind of cerberus. Well, you don't have a colony where they feed you for free by the hour. Probably the best dining room in pitsunda, their choice is not particularly large there, there are constant queues for lunch and dinner, perhaps due to the fact that the dining room works to order through waiters, you have to wait and when for some reason half of the dishes are barely warm, cash payment, the waitresses are generally doing well. My wife poisoned herself with salad (caesar with seafood). There was a specific taste, but she ate it for some reason. He says the mussels and shrimps were not fresh. The sliced vegetables are filled to the top with some kind of smelly oil, the children ate with difficulty.
The trout was not bad and suddenly the soup with meatballs. Well, there's also a pie with potatoes and cheese, I took it with me later. It seems that it was necessary to order ordinary canteen food there, and not all sorts of caesars. If not for poisoning, the estimate would have been around 3-4.

An ambiguous place. To begin with, it's a very stuffy place. It is simply impossible to sit during the day. But that's okay. We had lunch with my husband a couple of times, ordered meat in Abkhazian. It's a very tasty dish, they bring it right on a hot frying pan, the boat is also delicious. We had breakfast once and it was the worst breakfast in the whole vacation in Abkhazia. The pancakes were just wooden. I think they were left over from the previous day. Scrambled eggs are just tin. I honestly didn't think that 2 eggs with a tomato could be spoiled. It turns out that it is possible. The coffee is delicious. The girls who work are just faceless creatures, no smiles, no hospitality.

We couldn't try anything, the two of us stood in line for about 30 minutes in order to sit down at a vacant table. During this time, the tables were vacated several times, but the waiters invited only those who stood in line with at least four people to make a full landing at the table. So we missed a few groups. When they couldn't stand it anymore and said that it was wrong, they told us that we could sit down, but two more would be seated next to us. We refused and continued to wait for a smaller table to be available, which most likely does not exist. Without waiting for boarding, we left the queue. I consider it unacceptable for a cafe with a menu (not a canteen with a distribution) to arrange such a thing.

We recommended this place as the best in the resort. At first we agreed with this. We walked around, compared prices, went to eat in a couple more places and decided that it was really nothing. But after a few days of visits, there were many disadvantages and a great alternative, which we were incredibly happy about. There are indeed queues, and the locals are served and occupy tables out of turn, some dishes are quite fine, but I did not want to eat the same thing all my vacation at all. The waiters are not friendly at all, rather exhausted. Portions of some first courses are really 0.5 liters. You can't order half a serving, you had to focus on the preferences of the child when ordering and finish eating after it. When I asked why such large portions, the "polite" waiters replied that everyone eats and you will eat. Tea was always brought first for some reason. We regularly ordered vegetable salad and scrambled eggs with tomatoes and cheese. The contents of the plates were always different in number, including those of the visitors at the neighboring tables. Dishes were brought in wet plates. Such a simple dish as scrambled eggs was regularly burned, lightly salted cucumbers turned out to be barrel fermented and slippery, Stroganoff liver consisted of pieces of chicken liver in a bowl with milk, and pilaf was generally impossible to eat - dry rice with carrots and pieces of fat. And the cherry on the cake were the animals walking around the place, huge dogs that lay down under the table and waited for food.

The whole family had breakfast in this dining room. The territory is beautiful, quiet, lots of greenery. That's where the benefits end. We ordered porridge of hercules, casserole, beef stroganoff, potatoes, lightly salted cucumbers and compote. Only the compote was delicious. The porridge was saved by catching a lump of margarine from a plate. Everything else was just inedible. Beef Stroganoff is huge chunks of uncut chicken liver floating in milk (served in a deep dish as the first), cucumbers are slimy, the casserole tastes like putty. Not another foot! I hope we won't get poisoned..,

Bad. There is never anything. The menu says dishes, for example, cheesecakes with condensed milk, you order - they say there is no condensed milk (it was 17 o'clock) Okay, we just eat cheesecakes, after 10 minutes they say that they are not there either. You order a khachapuri boat, they carry it for 20 minutes. We came again, there was nothing at all! No cheesecakes, no pancakes, no casseroles, what are the kids eating? Or those who don't eat meat? It was also about 17 o'clock, the waitress said that it was for breakfast, so why is this not indicated on the menu?? Honey cake is just disgusting! The cakes look like cardboard! And this is the only cake on the menu! We won't come again.
