I ordered a couple of times from Yandex. Food. It's really tasty and worth the money. The price is slightly higher than the average in Minsk, but it's worth it. It should be borne in mind that the price is too high in Yandex and it may be lower in the institution. Unfortunately, I have not yet been inside the institution. Shava does not fall apart and does not get wet, sauces are in moderation, there is enough meat. Minus the configuration: I consider it unwise to put 2-3 napkins for two, but thanks for the toothpicks. I have tried a lot of shawarma places and I consider this place worthy of 5 stars.

I was here for the first time, I took a Hawaiian kebab. In general, the taste is very good, the sauce and the ingredients themselves are pleasant. There are questions about proportions and uniformity of distribution. There were no traces of sauce in some areas, and there were also places with very thick pieces of pita bread. Probably too large a pita bread cloth is used for such a number of fillings, or an unsuccessful twist. The distribution of the filling ingredients would like to see more uniform, there were areas with too high a concentration of meat and with too little.
I can recommend this place because of its taste relative to competitors, it is better than many. But be prepared to throw away the dry part of the product)
A separate minus for the lack of an offer with falafel. 😔

Of course, your shawarma is delicious, but today's situation just lowered it by 1 star. We always make an order online so that we don't just stand in the cold and it was definitely ready for lunch. Today, as usual, we made an order, came to pick it up, and there they say we have no light, there will be no shawarma.... For a second, when making an order online, I leave a phone number, why couldn't I call or write that there are technical problems, sorry, etc. And so it turns out that my colleagues and I were left without lunch! Customer focus is just at zero!!!

Good evening, I ate everything in this institution very much, the welcoming cashier girl wished me a pleasant appetite and a good evening, offered tea, coffee, drinks, in general, a favorable atmosphere in the cafe, good music is playing in the background.
The cook with tattooed hands but with a repulsive tattoo on his neck made the order quickly, everything was hot and very tasty, sauces in moderation, the shawarma is quite dense in general, I enjoyed eating thank you.
The cafe is very clean, it's nice to see that the place is kept clean and tidy, I am grateful to the owners for this institution, I will definitely come.

It's a terrible place. The cooks, like sleepy flies, spin very slowly, they can start using obscene language, completely unaware that there are customers in the hall. At the head of all this chaos and disorder is a disgruntled cashier (a girl without a badge). The man shows professional burnout and aversion to this job. As a result, the arrogant and disrespectful tone of communication with customers. If you want to wait a long time for food and get a charge of negativity, then you are here. Otherwise , avoid it .

I haven't eaten shawarma for a long time. I went to VK. A good point in the center of Minsk. I liked the shawarma. I took a hearty L. Really hearty, juicy, delicious. The place is clean, neat, informative. They cooked for about ten minutes. "Four" for the fact that there are two of the staff in the institution, and one twisted and punched. The girl was shredding. I bought it at the train station as a self-service. The girl punches a ruble more, as for delivery. I accidentally noticed, pointed out to the girl her "joint". The cashier in response says the gorgeous phrase "Why did you decide that the price was wrong?", I was taken aback by such impudence, a giant stand with prices hangs behind her back. When I did ask to look at the price indicated on the stand, instead of solving the issue, she started talking to the shawarmist about some "program failures and updates", completely ignoring the fact that I was standing and waiting for the issue to be resolved. I heard the word "sorry" once when I was picking up the shawarma.
Pure deception. How many such people are interestingly deceived every day and how much money is running up.
It's a pity, because the shawarma was very tasty((

I'm just shocked by the terrible experience I had in this shawarma! The service here is just a nightmare! I spent a lot of time standing in line, and what did I get in return? Nothing but frustration and anger!
One person was cooking shawarma so slowly, as if he didn't care about us standing in line. I waited and waited, and my shawarma was ready only after an eternity. And there was a huge queue of people hanging around me, who also expressed their dissatisfaction!
When I finally got my shawarma, it was cold and tasteless. And cheese! This terrible cheese, as if made from the most disgusting powder, was so saturated and chemical that it simply disgusted!
I just can't describe my frustration and anger! I do not recommend anyone to visit this shawarma! They have to improve their service and the quality of the products, otherwise they will lose all their customers!

They made an order, there were no people at all, they said to wait 20 minutes. We managed to go to the grocery store and come back, we didn't cook, we asked to wait another 20 minutes. The description of this shawarma is mayonnaise paradise and death. Now it is clear why we did not answer how much meat goes into each shawarma. It will be very difficult to find meat, half of it was thrown away. The staff were not surprised, we are not the first to go.
