Regular customer here, first time faced this rude behaviour. Just ordered juice and milkshake. Requested the woman to give it nicely. She rudely shouted at me and told to wait. The juice and milkshake was ready about 5 mins ago. The woman who’s giving the ice cream. Action must be taken against her in order to improve the service. Very disappointed

Все отлично! Один из лучших филиалов Мака в СПб Чисто, не так много людей, приветливый и вежливый персонал По блюдам тоже нет нареканий, приготовили быстро и качественно.
