The hotel is excellent, the location is perfect, the tram stop is 2 minutes away, there are cafes, supermarkets, any shops, an exchange office nearby, I am staying at this hotel for the third time - I really like it!
The price/quality is excellent, the staff is very pleasant and helpful .
The room has everything you need, water, tea,coffee,hairdryer,air conditioning, refrigerator.

The main advantage is the location of the hotel, all the sights are within walking distance in any direction of 2 km, the rooms are small, if you are obese, you will not fit into the shower without soap))) there is a smell of sewage like everywhere else in Turkey)), but in order to spend the night completely (with the window open and earplugs)), a kettle, a hairdryer, towels, Russian-speaking staff work at the reception, Wi-Fi is good, you can watch a movie on TV, one Turkish channel with an hour-long advertisement.))))

I liked the hotel (except that the economy room is located on the ground floor, be careful when booking, specify where the room is located, this information is hidden when reserving). There is an elevator. Clear. Cleaning every day. Change of towels. There is a kettle. We bought water in 5L bottles, the store is not far away. It's a small refrigerator, but it's there.
The location is excellent.
The T1 tram line is nearby.
There is a grocery supermarket nearby.
One of the administrators speaks Russian.
All major attractions are within walking distance.
One-on-one cafes and restaurants.....

At most, spend one night, if more, you will be disappointed.
They don't clean (I asked for it, they cleaned it), they don't change towels, they don't change bed linen. There is no terrace (under renovation, April 2025). If you have more than 100kg in you, it's not an option, you just can't fit into the shower stall. The shower room is all flowing from all sides.
The advantages are the location of the hotel, the room is not quite shabby, the furniture is more or less lively.
The economy room is in the basement, the standard is already higher, so be guided by the armor.
It seems that no one cares, if they had a little effort and desire (for the staff and the owner), there would be no price.
I repeat, spending the night for this price will do, then you will be disappointed.

A very nice and budget hotel! A kind, Russian-speaking man met us at the reception and explained everything to us. The rooms are small but cozy, in a modern style, with beautiful furniture. The rooms have a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, kettle. Everything is fine in the toilet, too, but sometimes the smell of sewage is not very pleasant. The room was cleaned every day.

An inexpensive clean hotel. Quiet, close to Hagia Sophia- 10 minutes on foot. The rooms are very small. I liked everything!!! Price is quality. Everything is nearby. Tram stop T 1. Just walk to the right all the sights. To the left you can walk to the metro, two stops and Taksim pl. Opposite the Grand Bazaar, which flows into the Egyptian Bazaar. The hotel room is clean, modern renovation, tea, coffee, cream, sugar. Mini bar (not refrigerator). 1.5 liters of water every day. The TV has Turkish channels only. The staff is wonderful. I explained it on my fingers - they understood.

Everything is fine. I read reviews: they write mostly poorly. I was at the hotel from 13 to 16.07.2023, I lived on the second floor, in a double room. I liked everything: the location in the very center of the city, and the room: clean, cozy. There is a kettle, cups, coffee, tea, sugar, a bottle of water. Fridge. Everything is clean, the cleaning was done. The staff is friendly.

A normal hotel. Clean, friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location, 5 minutes to the tram. Nearby there are normal cafes where you can have lunch and breakfast (120 Lira for two) and a hookah. It is suitable for those who only spend the night, and the rest of the time to walk around the city. Small rooms, poor sound insulation. For 1600 rubles per day, a great place :)

Bedbugs, there are bedbugs everywhere!!!!! Old broken furniture, mold, broken plumbing, dirty room, dirty linen, lack of room cleaning (never cleaned, did not change the towel, did not bring toilet paper), indifferent staff, breakfast for 10p (1 or half an egg, tea, bread, olive, sauce). Terrible audibility , as if there were no windows at all. A mess starting from the reception and ending with the room.

Shabby, dusty, cleaning will not help, only repairs. Breakfasts cost 50 rubles, an egg or half an egg, three pieces of cheese, a little sausage, cucumber and tomato, and tea. 150 grams of food at most, terrible. But the worst thing is that they put two men in the same room!! Local people! They talk terribly loudly all night and fall silent only for 5-10 minutes periodically(!) and so every night, the view in the room is bad

This hotel has a room - a women's room, like a hostel. It's just terrible.
Firstly, this is the basement, nothing is said about it anywhere. It's stuffy, the air is very humid, there is air conditioning, but it doesn't really help.
The bed is not changed, in my presence for 5 nights, 3 people changed on one sheet.
Cleaning, only sweeping, floors are not washed.
After such cleaning, we lost fruit.
In the bathroom, the entire floor is in water after taking a shower, the cabin leaks.
+Location, near the tram stop, the center of the old town, all within walking distance, 4 grocery stores very close.

It was impossible to open the window at night -the terrible smell of burnt rubber, the specific poison. Door jambs are present separately from the wall. There is a damp smell from the bathroom, a persistent smell.
