It totally sucks: the reserved additional services were not provided; the full set of documents required to apply for a visa are not listed on the website. When serving, the girl looked at me and asked in surprise, but didn't they tell you? Who, I wonder, answers something on their website. Then she finished it off: well, we're shipping docks to Turkey, so we have to wait a month and a half. She answered my silent question the same way: didn't they tell you?..

It's a terrible mess. The electronic queue does not work, recording for a time is essentially useless - you simply will not be accepted at the specified time. Set aside 2 hours for a hike here. They know that you can't go anywhere and therefore they don't care about the service.
