I was miraculously signed up, sent a completed questionnaire and a list of necessary documents.
The questionnaire was filled out INCORRECTLY!!!!!!The list of documents is also INCORRECT!!!!!
They did not even apologize to the request for the refund of half the amount for the service, they said that the support included only an entry, and the questionnaire and lists of documents are a bonus that did not work, it happens
I will not recommend this agency to anyone if you want to get a visa to save your nervous system

Incompetent, no contact with the client. There are a lot of mistakes because of one of them, the documents in the visa office were simply not accepted (through their fault). Thank you for transferring to another country, but even here it's not without jambs, the passport data of the "invitation" is not the same, the insurance was said to be suitable - it did not fit.
And at the TIME of submission, they just read the messages and don't answer anything, guys, it's still paid, what's to worry about. Solve your problems yourself.
The second person has incorrect booking details, the letter is incorrectly written (according to the recommendations).
