Delicious breakfasts and lunches. And special thanks to the crew of drivers - Viktor and Vladimir, the drivers of the ekstraklasa!!! Thanks to them, we didn't even understand what traffic jams are in a festive city. Tired, but happy, they returned home. The next tour is only with a Visit Tour!!!
They do not let their buses to the Krasnodar Territory, but use hired ones, and rent such buckets on wheels, which is just terrible (apparently they are good and cost well). And now in more detail: I bought a ticket for a Visit tour to Anapa and went there on 13.06 and was very surprised that we went there by bus from Olan tour, with a friend of mine from the last guide (that year I went with her on the same bus) Olan tour buses are good, with all working options, cleanliness in the cabin, etc. we got there well.
And now about the way back) We left on 06/25/24 and a real punishment came for us, I'm not afraid for this word!!! An old neoplan bus, 1994, where nothing worked, people were sweating during the day, and in the evening they all froze, the girl who was sitting near the door was very blown out. Some of the seats did not work out, the armrest did not work for me personally, there is no suspension, the shaking is such a horror) and most importantly, we went to pick up tourists from all over the world, along the entire coast of the Sea of Azov, although immediately after Anapa-Vityazevo we had to go to the Don M4 Highway because of this, the road back was much longer. The bus was in the 1st region and the final stop was Baranovichi, probably the tour company contacted by the Visit tour from there.
In short, if you compare Olan and Visit Tours, of course the choice of the first (well, at least to the Krasnodar Territory)

I was traveling from Moscow to Minsk from July 18 to 19, 2024. At the penultimate stop in Borisov, she went to the toilet, was absent for a maximum of 7 minutes, and the bus was gone. I'm shocked!!! None of the phones listed on the ticket were answered ("all operators are busy, stay on the line"). I had to get on my own on another bus. BUT... it was arriving at another place! It's good that they met me, at least they took my things. And one more THING: you never know who takes my things, they quietly gave it away! To the brother's question, "how did you leave the woman/forget?" The answer was: "there was no stop, whoever did not make it was late." Conclusion: I WILL NOT ADVISE ANYONE. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE TOWARDS PASSENGERS.
Bobruisk St. Petersburg was traveling, there was a minibus with 15 seats.
Cons: 1-the minibus is tough, if you are unlucky and sat in the back, be ready to jump on the back wheel to dress up for 12 hours.
2-riding is nervous, if you have a weak vestibular apparatus, ask for a seat in front. Sanitary stops are only at train stations.

I was traveling on the Minsk-Berlin route on 08/21/24. The arrival time was indicated on the ticket at 6:00 on 08/22/24. I bought a ticket on infobus. When buying, I called to clarify which stock should be laid, taking into account the situation at the border. The operator said 15-16 hours, but preferably up to a day. We arrived at the border, advanced 50 meters in 5 hours (we stood behind the ring). The drivers predicted a waiting time of at least 1.5 days. It didn't suit me, because the plane tickets were purchased. I had to get off the route, cross the border and get to Berlin on my own, and this is additional costs and options need to be found so that the trip still takes place. Of course, no one returned the money or part of the money for the purchased Minsk-Berlin ticket to me. In my opinion, cases when, due to the huge waiting time, which the carrier incorrectly said, passengers leave the route and get there on their own, the carrier could consider and refund at least part of the amount. But, you can always transfer to another bus ahead of the queue of the same carrier, paying money for it. However, they will take you to Warsaw, not to Berlin. I was traveling on March 13, 2024 in the morning at 9:05 a.m. from Bobruisk, the flight was Gomel-Cologne in my opinion, but for me it is Bobruisk-Cologne.
Visually, the bus looked fine (clean) both from the outside and inside, the smell is normal and that it is very good to carry a fairly large amount of luggage with you is a huge plus!👍🏻
For the rest of the conditions, nothing special:
The toilet did not work, there was no coffee or tea, there was one outlet for two places (but this is in principle enough) and the most important thing was that Wi-Fi was only up to Germany and it was no longer there until the end of the journey. For me personally, this is a minus and a big one, because it was not written anywhere.
As for the stops, everything is fine on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, there are enough stops in Poland and Germany, yes, they are fast, but there is no other way. The path is still not small. The border is a lottery and on this day we were most likely lucky to stand a little for only 4 hours and 20-30 minutes plus.
As for the drivers, they drive well, without accidents and emergencies, this is perhaps a plus. With regard to their professional ethics, this is anyone's business, I'm not an expert in this field, but personally I have a normal attitude. No one was rude to anyone, except that sometimes there were overly clear instructions at the stops to move faster towards the bus, but again it all depends on the specific person and the situation.
The only big disadvantage for me upon arrival at my destination and subsequent inspection of my luggage, it turned out that my suitcase and 70 percent of my things were slightly doused or soaked with some kind of oily pink liquid. It was lucky that I discovered this immediately upon arrival and fixed the problem. But my impression of the trip, taking into account fatigue and other moments, as you have already understood, has changed for the worse. So, I want to draw the attention of the management or specifically the drivers to the elimination of such problems. Since in the future this nuance can cause a lot of negative reviews.

You will usually be late to your destination, although there have been cases of arriving early. The tickets state that the carrier has the right not to provide any of the listed services (Wi-Fi, toilet, etc.) and also indicate that the bus may not arrive on time, but it is unclear how long it may take! I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND using this carrier if you have a transfer!!!!
I did not even imagine, when buying bus tickets for this company, that the trip could turn into a nightmare. The buses are old, you can't use the toilet, because it was said that they are not serviced in winter, but they also do not work in summer, only some passengers were able to charge the phone, the rest did not work due to breakdowns, my husband and I did not have folding tables. In addition, I was surprised by the rudeness of the drivers on the Minsk-Prague flight, one of them did not hesitate to smoke while driving, although they often make sanitary stops, but how much time it takes. It is difficult to understand how the ticket price is formed at this tour operator, the difference with Ecoline is not big, but they provide all services (toilet, video, coffee machine), but this is not the case here.
They warn about the postponement of the flight from 19.30 to 00.30 (the next day) 2 hours before departure. We bought a ticket in advance for the plane. I had to urgently look for a way to get to Moscow in order to make it.

I took the bus of the carrier Visit Tour flight Warsaw-Minsk 18.55.Arrival in Minsk at 6.30.There were passengers in the cabin with us, citizens of Ukraine.After the interview, all citizens of Ukraine were released, except one. He was detained by border guards because he did not have a ticket and did not have money for a plane ticket to Moscow. 51 people sat on the bus for seven hours and waited for something unclear.The drivers did nothing.The toilet on the bus was closed.All 51 people left only through the back door because the drivers kept the front door permanently closed.One driver even managed to drive passengers off the grass, put everyone on asphalt so that dirt would not be allegedly applied to the cabin.Apparently, drivers have no idea how to behave with passengers.Answers through clenched teeth.Constantly, one of them lies on the 4 front seats across the aisle. The organization's support service does not provide support , refuses to connect with decision-making specialists and does not do anything. According to the schedule, the bus should arrive at 6.30 in Minsk. The bus was parked in the exit area of the border crossing, it was not arrested, passed all border control procedures and no one detained it. Drivers on their own initiative waited 7 hours for this one passenger, which does not comply with the regulatory document on passenger transportation.I also think they did it intentionally because most likely they are paid good overtime. As a result, the bus arrived in Minsk at about 20.00.The delay was almost 14 hours.I categorically do not recommend this organization

Somehow they found , as it were , empty seats in the very last row , there was a very fat man sitting on three seats at once , who refused to move over and sit on one seat . I had to squeeze into the halves of the seats on both sides, where more passengers were sitting on the sides. God forbid, such a long-distance train to travel in such conditions! Definitely, we will not travel with this carrier anymore and we do not recommend it to other passengers!

I bought a ticket from them on October 11, 2023 on the vt website.by for a flight on November 19, 2023 on the route Poznan – Minsk. Departure time from Poznan is at 13:00 local time. Arriving at the bus station of Poznan at 12-20, this flight was not indicated on the scoreboard. After waiting until 12-45, they began to find out at the bus station information about the departure of the bus and it turned out that there was no such flight and there would not be!!!!!! Calling the carrier's operator, he said that the flight was canceled and simply apologized for the inconvenience, offering to refund the money. This is the level of an international road carrier!!!!!! Dear Visit-Tour! How can passengers be treated like this??? Do not notify about flight cancellations? Don't send any information to the phone??? Complete irresponsibility and disregard for passengers .... I do not recommend anyone to deal with this company.
