I have already taken the Krakow-Minsk flight several times, as there is no other choice, there are only two flights from Krakow. The saddest thing is that the toilet never works on buses, it doesn't fit in my head how in 2025 there are flights, also INTERNATIONAL ones, in which the toilet is closed. A stop is made approximately every 2 hours, this is absurd, there are always 40+ people on buses, anything can happen. At the sanitary stop, you have to queue for the toilet, and the toilets are not always of good quality. Why should people suffer such discomfort due to lack of choice?!
P.S. I also traveled by buses of other companies, the situation is anthological
I went on tour 23.06.2024-08.07.2024 "Hungary-Romania-Turkey-Greece" the carrier was the company Visit Tour. A comfortable, clean bus with sockets, a comfortable temperature in the cabin. Separately, I would like to express my gratitude to the drivers Alexey and Sergey, who are always polite, friendly, neat in white shirts, stress-resistant in any situation, coped perfectly with the road in the mountains and with the narrow streets of cities. I would like to leave a review on the trip Minsk-Prague 03/01/2025-03/02/2025.
I absolutely did not like the trip, its duration, and it was all the fault of the drivers. Further arguments:
1. It took us 05:20 hours to get from Minsk to the border, which set the maximum record, because we had never traveled so long with any of the carriers during all my trips!
2. Stopping at Dzerzhinsk makes no sense, since the train lasted only 30-40 minutes at that time. A waste of time.
3. After passing the border, all the people waited 50 minutes for the bus, which was located somewhere that 3 buses overtook us and had already left. Although everyone passed the checks. But our bus was probably the most problematic in terms of internal condition? Or according to the documents? Question.
4. Before they could leave the border after 15 minutes, the drivers announced a stop for 25-30 minutes, although everyone at the border had already defended for 12 hours and wanted to go as soon as possible. As a result, the parking lasted 50 minutes. The question is why did we spend so much time?
5. On the way from Krakow, the road was repaired and the traffic jam was +28 minutes. Why couldn't the drivers take a detour so as not to waste so much time?
6. When approaching Katowice, the driver missed the turn at the ring and we were forced to make an additional circle and spend an additional 15 minutes of time, although we are already very much deviating from the arrival schedule and it feels like a mockery of passengers.
I look forward to receiving your feedback on my review, as well as its publication, because the overall score for the time spent on this trip is 1 (according to the 5-point system). I would also recommend reducing the number of sanitary stops, and even more so the time spent at these stops, so that all passengers can get to their desired places faster.
