For the second year in a row, we went to this wonderful hotel, we found a change of owners, but the hotel only got better. Very nice people, both the hosts (Alexey and Marat) and the staff (Natalie)!
One hundred percent will come back here again, thanks to Abkhazia for the warm welcome and hospitality!

I really liked the hotel!!!;) Convenient location : the sea is close, there are local cafes and shops outside the hotel. Great atmosphere and cozy interior.
Friendly and caring staff, always respond quickly to any requests and wishes. And this is a huge plus))
It was comfortable and pleasant for us to be here.

I really enjoyed my vacation during the Visit! It is always clean and cozy, the kitchen is delicious at home, the staff is responsive and wonderful! The location of the hotel is convenient-the sea is nearby. I didn't want to leave. We hope to come back again🤗 Thank you for everything!

The location of the hotel is acceptable, 10-15 minutes by taxi from the center of Sukhum. The place is quiet. The beach is less than 5 minutes on foot, there is a wonderful bar on the beach.
The room is clean, toiletries were provided. Towels and linen were changed on time. Good food is presented to dishes of Caucasian cuisine. The administrators are polite. Day 2800₽ in the 2nd room
I didn't like the lack of mosquito nets on the windows, mosquitoes visited every night, but by the way, the fumigator was provided by the hotel

The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful people.
Minus-this room had a view of the next wall, because of this, the curtains were never opened.
Mattresses are not very comfortable.
But in general everything is fine, the room has air conditioning, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper. And also - 3 snow-white towels per person (large, small and for feet).
If you ask, they will clean the room.
Beach towels can be provided.
There is a garage for cars, places for 3, minus - all cars are in a row, if someone needs to leave, they will have to move their car. But this is not critical, they always politely asked to move the car if necessary and also other cars were always removed for us at the moment)

The economy hotel.They only clean up when you ask.The bed linen is synthetic, it is not comfortable to sleep. The mattresses are terrible, the springs are digging in.There are no towel dryers on the balcony.There are no mosquito nets on the windows.The admins are always trying to persuade you to buy wine from them.And of course the lights and water are turned off, well, this is Abkhazia.

Nice hotel, near the sea, the sea is a 3-minute walk away. The beach is clean, there are small entertainments for vacationers, they ride a banana, a scooter, dolphins swim very often nearby. The hotel tries to do everything for the most comfortable stay. A very friendly hostess, always attentive to the requests of vacationers, delicious and high-quality food, and pastries in the buffet, the hotel administration clearly monitors this.

We had a rest in Sukhum in August 2022. Overall, a good hotel, clean, cozy, the sea is nearby, but there are disadvantages. We were settled as a married couple in a double room with two separate single beds. Initially, it was stated that breakfast is included in the price, when checking in, it turns out that we are not included in this promotion for some reason. Nearby there is a private house in which a dog barked unbearably every day, especially early in the morning, even with the windows closed. I recommend the hotel if you do not pay attention to these little things

The "hotel" is very dirty, dust and hair on the floor, cobwebs on the walls in the corners. Room cleaning every four days. But we need to remind you about this. The garbage is taken out of the room after several requests. Toilet paper should be requested at the reception. Around the private sector - from early in the morning the roosters begin to crow, they shout for a long time and diligently. At night, dogs arrange disassembly, barking can last an hour or more. Geographically far from all the activities of Sukhum. The last bus leaves the market in the direction of the lighthouse at 18:15. Then a taxi. Canteens, cafes - there are a couple, maybe three. There is a very weak kitchen everywhere.

The rooms are very austere. We lived in a two-room entrance hall. The entrance room has a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, wardrobe and 2 double beds and access to the balcony. In the other room there are only 2 steel beds and a clothes rack, and also a stool!, the stuffiness is terrible. There are no mosquito nets on the windows!!! Room amenities. The hotel itself is brand new, without a courtyard. We took a room with breakfast.

Expectation is unreality ! We are now at the hotel, to say that I am surprised, to say nothing. What did we expect here:
- breakfast
- near the sea
What did you get:
- there are slippers for everyone in the room
- hair dryer
- shampoo, soap, shower gel
- drip white towels (3 pcs. per person)
- snow-white bed, which is changed every 4 days
- refrigerator, TV, amenities in each room
- home cooking - thanks to the chefs
- really 3 minutes to the sea
!!!!!! sea :
- clean beach
- quiet, there is no track behind you
- dolphins are constantly splashing not far from the shore
To summarize, this is not where you are, if you do not understand a lot about the service, care is invested in every detail. Thank you very much for this holiday, we have visited all levels of hotels and what you are doing is really unexpectedly WELL DONE!!!!!

This is our first vacation in Abkhazia. And how great it is that we chose the Visit Hotel! The staff is very friendly, the receptionists are polite, correct, ready to help vacationers at the first request in solving any problem. Many thanks to the girls-chefs of the dining room, they cook delicious, varied, and fulfill any order promptly. And all this is absolutely at adequate, affordable prices. What is important is that the Visit hotel is located within walking distance from the sea! This is the option when the price corresponds to the quality of service.

We booked accommodation by communicating via SMS in WhatsApp, booked through the hostess. It was necessary to have 2 rooms with 2 double beds (this was essential because a small child of 2.5 years was traveling and an additional place was not provided for him). When they called, this question was clarified, they said that yes there are 2 double beds, on the website there are photos with 2 bedrooms too. As a result, we arrived and were provided with rooms with 2 single beds and the hostess said that you do not need to look at the photos from the site. We didn't make a fuss, it was useless, and after a 30-hour drive we didn't have the strength. She spat and left without taking the reservation.
And now about the guest house itself:
the 3-storey building is sandwiched between other houses, we did not see the territory, there is no parking for cars, there is a garage for 5 or 6 cars (but there are more rooms in the house) and then apparently as luck would have it, and so to leave the car in the alley, well, such a thing.
There are 2 spiral staircases in the building, they look ordinary in the photo, in fact they are narrow steps. It is very difficult for sober people to get up and down, it is not safe to let the child go alone, and it is better to sleep on the sofa at the reception under a glass of wine.

Everything is bad. The rooms are located on the second and third floors. Where two very dangerous spiral staircases lead. I warned you that I would come with a small child, two pensioners and a dog. But they put us on the third floor. My mother is still suffering with her legs, such descents are hard for her. What is a sleeping five-year-old to take to the third floor, I think it is not necessary to tell. Parking seems to be there, but in fact it is not. Due to parking, you can be pulled out of your room or off the beach at any time to let another car out. That's what the hotel administrator did to us. The cooks are good, kind women. But the breakfasts are very modest. A quarter sausage, one egg, one pancake per person. It is close to the beach, but on a very dirty and not pleasant street, it smells of urine. The rooms are clean, but for stains on the linen you will be charged a fine from the deposit that you leave in advance. This is the first time I've seen this in my life. The local staff are more than professional and polite. Well done, everyone, the driver, the cleaner, the cooks. Russian girls are just a nightmare. The staff is good because it is not visible or audible until something is needed by vacationers. And when the cleaner screams because of a stain on the towel or the receptionist wakes up a sick child because someone can't park... In general, I am horrified that such places still exist.

Upon arrival, everything seems fine, but upon arrival at this hotel, I want to say, people never stay here, the level of service is zero, upon arrival we find out that an advance payment for damage to property in the amount of three thousand is taken, when they began to leave and rent the room, we were told that the foot towel is dirty, a thousand rubles from the advance we will not give it back, if they wash it, they will return it, they cook terribly,ordered meat in Abkhazian,served cold, dry, without sauce,and the price of the dish is 700 rubles., they changed the bed linen, it's a shame to say the sheet in blood spots was made, where are the eyes?sometimes they don't have light, then wi-fi doesn't work, the hostess is just rude!
