I contacted Visavisa.by after being refused a Polish work visa and unsuccessfully applying with another agency. Daria explained everything, it was decided to re-register with the same passport.

This is not the first time we have applied, everything was fine before. At the last filing, they did not deign to inform about the missing documents, the filing time was not sent correctly, they made a smart insurance without asking if such a one was needed, the children were registered for different days and requested the wrong type of visa, respectively, they were refused. They charge a lot of money for preparing documents, they know little about the necessary documents for filing. Extra documents were made from the tax service, but additional ones from the bank were not mentioned. They have little knowledge, and they charge more money. Disappointment.
