This is something - they refuse to communicate on the phone , stating. That they only work with the German embassy, and the US Embassy sent them my passport for delivery.
Emails are answered in a day or two without reading what they are being written to .

Purely specifically / I answer in a brotherly way-in Kazakh they promised to send the documents in chorus in the morning (it was very urgently needed)
