The territory is small, beautiful and well maintained. I walked for a long hour, but in January the weather is pleasant, and I can walk. A bus takes you to the beach -9.30 there and 13.30 back. Palma beach, a beautiful reef with fish, but there is a wind and lifeguards forbid swimming from the pier, you can refresh yourself in shallow water. The furniture is a little old, the linen is gray, but clean. They are cleaned every day. The restaurant is nice. Breakfast and lunch are dietary, but there are vegetables and herbs. Dinner is more varied, tasty and satisfying. Locally produced alcohol rum, whiskey, vodka, gin. Beer and wine are paid. There is a spa for a fee. Dancing in the evening, live music once a week, belly dancing, skirt dancing and karaoke. There is a pool table. Wi-Fi at the reception and lobby only. There is an unheated swimming pool with beautiful lighting in the evening. Nearby the beach and the Mince cafe can be reached for 1 dollar. The hotel is unexpectedly very pleasant and well maintained for its price. The staff is very nice, helpful, cleaning every day, towels were changed every two days. Stalovaya is satisfying, you can't go hungry, the disadvantages are few sweets and a limited selection of fruits (there were melons, oranges, guava in a week), portioned meat (there was always fish and chicken). The rooms are a little tired, but everything is working, the water is constant. They take you to the beach in the morning and take you back for lunch, it's a long way on foot, about a 30-minute walk. The conditions are very good for its price, we will definitely return to this hotel).
I would especially like to mention manager Rauf for his great responsiveness and quick solution to any issue. When choosing a hotel in this category, I think that for its budget it is very good for a budget holiday.

Beautiful territory, spacious rooms, TV and refrigerator are working, there is a small pool, the staff is friendly, some know Russian, people of different nations relax together in the hotel. They are fed without frills, but three times a day. You will not starve. The hotel is cheaper than many further from the sea. They take you to the beach in the morning for free, or walk to the paid 10 minutes. There is a beautiful reef on both beaches.

We had a rest in September 2024. We settled in quickly enough, the room is spacious, the furniture is all old, but everything is clean. The guys cleaned every day, twisted different figures out of towels.
The staff is very cool, everyone is friendly, they constantly asked how we were doing and if everything was fine with us.
The territory of the hotel is small, but very well maintained. The pools are good, the water is always clean.
On food: there is no variety, but we were not hungry. The food is fresh and the chefs cooked deliciously. 2 types of soup, fish, chicken, meat, many types of side dishes and salads, sweets, some fruits (oranges, dates, melons)
The waiters worked in the restaurant.
In the bar, wine and beer for an additional fee, whiskey, rum, tequila, vodka, etc. were poured for free, and delicious various alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails were made.
Wi-Fi is free
Palma Beach, carries a free bus. It takes about 20 minutes on foot.
There is not much entertainment in the hotel. Dancing for children in the evening, a small belly dancing show 2 times a week, etc.

This is not the first time in Egypt, and we know a few secrets that I will share. We decided to take a tour for cheaper and more money with us, and we didn't lose it.
We flew to this hotel on a burning New Year's tour, it was the cheapest package for two (78,000) for 8 days.
Upon check-in, they immediately gave the administrator a chocolate bar and 10 bucks and asked for a good room, the administrator did not disappoint. The room had access to the pool and 2 large beds. The furniture is not new, but in general everything is very decent.
The cleaning guys were given chocolates brought from home and $ 1 each every day, we were always perfectly clean, clean towels, clean bed linen, in general, according to this scheme, the service is excellent!
The food is not bad, a large selection of salads and side dishes, scrambled eggs and pancakes in the morning, meat and fish for lunch and dinner, it's not bad for three.

We went to the hotel beach once, the prices there are space ($5 beer is very expensive), the beach itself is not bad, but we went to mince beach all the time, in winter it's a paradise.

Let's just say it's a three-course meal. We would like to thank the waiters and employees of the bar, especially Mubarak, the golden man (these are the only people who work there conscientiously and do not demand money for their work). You can say there is no Internet, wi-fi is only in the lobby and no, so we immediately bought a SIM card ($ 10). Well, all these disadvantages are blocked by the sea and the beach. For dinner, rice, side dishes, vegetables, salads, meat and fish in portions. Cakes are also 1 piece of each kind. No more.
There are practically no fruits. During the week, there was an oak melon, half-rotten tangerines, and strange dates.
There is very little choice. Very much so. And if you don't eat something, then there's nothing to replace it.But you won't leave hungry. And you won't get any pleasure either.
The pool is nice, sun beds, music. In winter, the pool is icy, no one swam, just sunbathed.
The bar is open from 10 to 22. Only strong alcohol. Local. Nothing at all. Regular beer has more effect than strong beer.
Every evening there is some kind of entertainment program. But almost no one went there. Strange contests from the 90s.

I stayed at this hotel in the middle of May.
Almost everything in this hotel is terrible: the rooms are like in horror movies (dirty bed linen that doesn't change at all, lots of hair on pillows, blankets and sheets. Apparently, when the tenants are evicted, the linen is simply not changed and refilled!), monotonous food every day.
There is an invasion of mosquitoes, and there is no way to get rid of them at all, no purchased remedies for them help. Terrible bites all over the body.

3. The food is fresh! There are always 2 types of soup, 2 types of hot (fish, meat, lula, chicken) salads, melon or oranges. Everything is delicious! For breakfast every morning, the chef individually fries an omelet, and there are 10 types of pastries on the buffet! every morning. Very decent food for 3*. Waiters work in the hall, tablecloths and serving are on the tables.

Nearby, a 20-minute walk or a $1 taxi to a mango shop with a fix.prices ( buy fresh frozen guava and mango juices for $ 1.22 per liter, dollars, pounds, transfers to Sberbank and Tinkoff, and even rubles are accepted for payment). In front of the hotel there is a fruit market and 4 pharmacies (we bought a lot of medicines at very low prices). Good hotel, good staff, there are Russian speakers. The dishes are always fresh and delicious, although the variety is less than it is inclusive in Turkey. The main advantage of this hotel is its staff. It felt like we were on vacation visiting relatives.
Absolutely everything, from the boys cleaning the rooms, to the hotel management and the handsome animator, were as friendly as possible, which always lifted the mood.
The food and drinks corresponded to the 3* hotel category.
The grounds and pools were always clean and well maintained.
I can recommend this hotel in terms of price / quality ratio.
We liked everything.

Vacationing with my wife for the first time in Egypt. We chose this hotel because of the good reviews and the delicious price.
I'll start with the pros:
- two cool beaches (cuba and minced meat),
- a quiet place, no one makes noise after 11,
- normal food, you won't stay hungry, but without frills and monotonous
- room cleaning every day
Now the cons:
- a very strange administrator, they do not explain anything at check-in (for example, they did not say when they take you to the beach, when there are breakfasts, lunches and dinners, they did not say anything about the hotel, usually all hotels conduct some kind of minimal instruction, but not here)
- upon check-in, there was an immediate shock: They just didn't change the bed linen! during the whole day, and the hotel was half empty, they didn't even prepare a room, but then we called the staff and we were replaced with pastel
- it is constantly necessary to remind that there is not enough toilet paper, shampoo is needed, a glass for toothbrushes, i.e. everything needs to be reminded and said, the cleaners themselves will never think of it (I do not know if this is either stupidity or an indifferent attitude)
- there was a case when a vacationer was stupidly not taken from the beach, just the bus did not stop by, and the girl had to somehow get to the hotel herself, take into account such cases
- the administrator is rude
In general, as a result, I would not recommend this hotel and perhaps Egypt in general, I have not seen such game in any of the three Asian countries. I firmly understood that I do not want to go to Egypt anymore, they will decide for you. There is also an opinion that there is some dislike for Russians, maybe it seemed to us, but if you read my review and then go, then you will understand everything yourself

We spent two weeks in this hotel
I can briefly say that everything was fine for the money we paid.

Yes, the hotel is not the first freshness, but in general you can live, especially if you only spend the night there
But mosquitoes can ruin the night, so take mosquito repellents with you.

There is a bus going to the beach with two Minced Meat and a Pharaoh, but I never got to the second one. But everything is wonderful for Minced meat and it was very cool, colorful, interesting, well, not so many people, but it depends on the day of the week on the weekend more.
The pool in the hotel is large and clean, the filters are cleaned twice daily.
There were three or four dinners outside with cocktails. So the staff is smiling and friendly and always tries to help.
If there is an opportunity to return to this hotel, then I will be glad.

For eight years, my husband and I have been spending the winter in Egypt, a very hospitable country! Now we are living in the Viva Charm Hotel for the third week. Everything is in order: the rooms are large, bright, the bed linen is snow-white, new pillows and soft blankets. There is always hot water. The whole technique works. The disadvantage is that there is no Russian channel, although satellite TV has up to 1000 channels. It's a pity, but the hotel is practically empty. Animators try their best, but unfortunately they have to dance club dances alone. The food is good, a little monotonous, but I think because the food is portioned, served by five waiters, the guys are great. There are two beaches and both are very good: Cuba, this is on El Fanar and Temple, this is on Minced Meat. Everything was very pleasant, thanks to all the staff of the hotel! We extended our stay for two more weeks.

April, the beginning of the month. The hotel justifies its 3*. We arrived at lunch, unfortunately, the room was not ready, so we had to "talk". Alenka chocolate works wonders! The room has two beds, TV, air conditioning, mirror. The balcony (2nd floor) did not face the courtyard (this is +), oriental music could not be heard from the inside of the courtyard. The staff is friendly, the room was cleaned daily, towels were changed. There was no hair dryer, the shower was combined, the water was hot all the time. There are 2 swimming pools and a separate one for children, garbage was cleaned regularly.
The food is for three, don't wait for the peddlers, but we were lucky - their fast ended, and they broke up for the visiting Arabs. When most of the locals left, there was nothing to eat. Fruits and vegetables every day, rice is good. The sharpness of the dishes was sometimes off the scale. The hotel itself is clean, shallow, washed often. The animation was 2 times: a dervish and a dancer. The bar was open from 10-22 until 24.00, local drinks would not impress a sophisticated Russian, but there was no restriction. Beware of ice in drinks. They bought drinking water-$ 1 for 5 liters. It is better to change the money to local ones - it is more profitable to pay. Taxis are not a problem.
