Convenient location, near the metro and historical sites. We lived for 4 nights from September 24 to September 29, 2024.
Many thanks to the Russian-speaking guy at the reception - he gave us a lot of good advice, very pleasant and not indifferent. And to the woman who works in this hotel and in the dining room and she is a maid - a big thank you.
The breakfasts are good, you definitely won't stay hungry
The hotel in Istanbul (Viva Hotel) pleasantly surprised with its affordable budget and cozy atmosphere. I would especially like to mention the owner, who turned out to be very hospitable and attentive to the guests. He helped with advice on the city and made your stay more comfortable. A great option for those who are looking for an economical and friendly place to stay
A hotel if only to spend the night... It didn't come from the word at all...the room was small, the audibility was from the street or from the next room. The breakfast is simple, without frills. The staff speaks a little Russian. It was difficult to find the first day unaccustomed, then you get used to it and you won't miss the alley anymore) Plus, just not far from Sultanahmet... You can walk along the tram tracks and then walk to the Galata Bridge, the pier, the Egyptian Bazaar. In general, if you have no complaints and will only come to sleep, then it is tolerable

Price-quality ratio!
Convenient location, cleanliness, breakfast is normal.
For 20 euros , it 's really great , I think .
Very good staff . They speak excellent Russian. A good breakfast, according to the buffet system.
For this money , a wonderful option .
A little noisy quarter . The children are screaming loudly, but we didn't close the windows so as not to turn on the air conditioner.
A weak hotel, in a bad neighborhood, full of muddy types at night. The room is rarely cleaned, the shower door was poorly closed, the toilet flushed poorly, it was cramped in general. A good breakfast is a plus. The price is below the average in the city. Next time I'll take a more expensive hotel than I choose to stay here again.
A terrible hotel, from the word at all!!! The area is scary, terrible. The attitude of the staff is high-pitched, with hostility. The rooms are very small, the furniture is broken. For all the time I've been traveling around Turkey to different hotels, this one is just terrible, although honestly, I'm not a picky person, but this is something. I was very upset. I did not check into it, although everything was paid for and money was lost. I chose another hotel, much better with the same 3 * as stated by Viva Hotel, but in fact, it is 0 *.
Extremely small numbers. Literally 2x2.
It's good that there are breakfasts.
There is a grocery market under the window.
It's okay to spend the night for a couple of days, it's difficult to continue.

Terrible hotel and neighborhood!
By no means, even for the smallest budget! Then you will regret it 100%.
The hotel is dirty, the renovation is prehistoric, there were cockroaches in our room, a broken mirror in the bathroom. The room itself is very small with a low ceiling.
There was no hot water, they could not repair it. There is no breakfast.
The district is a separate song!
It is very dirty, there are a lot of garbage dumps, slums and garbage right on the streets. There are a lot of Arabs and Blacks and other emigrants in this area. They're in the same place where they live. In the evening, it is not safe to move around - locals group in groups at intersections and burn out until the morning. There are no cafes, the shops are small, they do not accept cards. The area is located at the foot of a hill, in order to get to "civilization" and attractions - you need to withstand a very steep (without exaggeration) climb, tongue on your shoulder. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the center through Negroes and a garbage dump.
We bought a cheap package tour, relied on an agent and got into this dump. We spent one night, were horrified and moved to another hotel near the Serkegi train station at our own expense. Moreover, the cost of the hotel was not much more than for this dump. It's a pity that the money was gone, but we decided not to spoil the holidays because of these slaps from the travel industry.
We took an inexpensive tour. If you do not live in a hotel, but only spend the night and store things, it is ideal. The rooms are VERY small, there are no breakfasts: potato salad, tasteless sausage, olives, fatty not very tasty cheese, boiled eggs, not very tasty fried vegetables, MARGARINE, not very tasty jam, bread, tea, coffee. The choice seems to be large, in fact there is not much to eat. The purity of the three is very pretentious, the four is unassuming. The location of the hotel is good. We went on a very inexpensive tour for three days, there are no complaints about the hotel - we already had breakfast in the city, only in the morning we had a light snack.
So I repeat, if you are going to walk around the city or shop, the hotel is ideal.
If you are waiting for a beautiful old town hotel with cozy rooms and good food, you are categorically not here.
A terrible hotel with cockroaches, a broken toilet and a shower. Neighbors can be heard 100% , noise from the street , the hotel is located in the ghetto, where immigrants gather in the evenings and smoke weed, they are chased by the police , the street stinks of fish.... after 20.00 it is very scary to walk, only by taxi. To the center via the market, 20-25 minutes on foot
Our neighbors were terrible! They almost called the police , there were scandals
Only the staff was nice and helpful , it was the only thing that warmed the soul
You'd better pay a couple thousand and go to another hotel, just not here!
A great location for a tourist who does not stay at home.all interesting places are within walking distance, 150m to the left, the fish cafe is much cheaper.transport is 5-7 minutes away.the breakfasts are very decent
Very small rooms, tired furniture, working area. The elevator is only up to the 4th floor out of 6.
Friendly staff. YeniKapi Metro Station is a 5-minute walk away.

It's a disgusting place. The hotel is crawling with cockroaches. During the day you step on cockroaches, at night they run over you. The room is very dirty. The shower is broken.
The hotel listed on the website as 3 stars is actually -2 stars(or 0) This is indicated on their signboard. The dining room is located in the basement And the place where food is prepared, the kitchen does not turn the tongue! It is combined with a toilet! Our Rospodrebnadzor would close such a hotel forever and ever!
