Only 5 stars. It would have been possible to put 6 - I would have put 6. They helped in a difficult situation, the employee, despite the fact that I did not want to strain her, spent 40 minutes, but figured it out and did almost the impossible. If you are a tourist from the Russian Federation and you have problems with the viva SIM card, I advise you to contact this salon

This morning I bought a SIM card here for traveling around Armenia. I only needed the Internet for a week and I chose the minimum package of 5 GB. The Internet is working fine and there are no complaints about the connection. However, I will not use MTS services anymore and will prefer to choose another operator and another communication salon. The woman who served me was extremely unfriendly and impolite, there was no desire to come to MTS salons.

An Armenian SIM card for 100 euros per month is unlimited. The staff is friendly, they speak Russian and English. I recommend.
