We booked a trip a week before the holiday, the choice was small, we chose this hotel, we were very pleasantly surprised that there are hotels of this level in Abkhazia. The hotel is new, clean, heated pool, working late pleased. Freestanding glamping is a super solution, we were given a suite instead of a standard. Very spacious room, air conditioning is working. There is a mini fridge. A closet for things (there are not enough more hangers and shelves). They clean well, give towels for the beach and pool. There is a sofa and a swing at the entrance to the room, you can sit there in the evenings. The restaurant was pleased with the delicious food, but there were a couple of moments when the change was wrong, be careful. They bring food to the room, it's convenient. There are a lot of cats and a dog on the territory, we fed them. We rested at the end of September, there are very few people, quiet, very comfortable for those who want a relaxing holiday. There were several children. Be sure to take a dip in the pool in the evening, it's a thrill. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea, good location. We will be happy to come again

I really like the hotel. We rested twice. For the first time immediately after opening at 23, the second at 24. I want to note the good service, friendly staff. Delicious home cooking. A great solution for a quiet family holiday. The beach is 6 minutes away , there are sun loungers and umbrellas , beach towels. Everything in the room is in excellent condition, there is air conditioning, tea set, refrigerator. The room is cleaned daily. This year, there is a light morning animation for children, a trampoline and a pool area where children play and draw with crayons on a blackboard. A separate love is the pool, it works almost round the clock, no one expels, you can buy a lot 🥰 Thanks to all the hotel staff for a wonderful stay ❤

We stayed at the hotel from 26.07 to 02.08.24.
We were looking for a quiet hotel away from noisy places. (We previously vacationed in Gagra). A small hotel in the form of glamp houses, clean, incredibly cozy, stylish.
I should immediately note that the hotel is very customer-oriented.
The receptionist, a nice girl, immediately greets you at the reception. He will explain everything, show you, answer any question. A pleasant impression of the Hotel begins with her. That's who the rest of us need to learn from.
At the reception, you can immediately choose excursions. What is convenient is that you do not need to go anywhere, they will come for you directly to the hotel, and they will bring you here.
The staff is polite, they always go to a meeting, if you want to be late for lunch after the tour, they will leave it for you. Friendly. There is no unnecessary talk. Everything is quiet and peaceful.
There is a swimming pool in the center, plus a children's pool. The pools are cleaned daily. The water is crystal clear. There are separate houses around the perimeter. Each house has a manicured lawn, palm trees are planted. There are no bulky dryers, but they are equipped imperceptibly between the houses, which immediately distinguishes this glamping from large hotels where laundry is dried in plain sight. Each house has its own terrace with armchairs, swings and or sofas. There is a trampoline in the children's area. There are sun beds and umbrellas around the pool. Everything is in excellent condition.

There is no screaming music, which makes a great vacation for those who come to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's nice to lie by the pool and read a book, drink freshly brewed coffee. Or drinks to choose from - the bar is open to anyone who needs it. Hookah.
Wooden clapboard house in Scandinavian style inside and out. Minimalism. Small nuances add quality to your vacation - a common stand for a kettle, cups, spoons, tea bags and sugar. Pouf. Additional table. Sockets at each sleeping place. Corkscrew. An ashtray for smokers. Separate thoughtful soft light around the perimeter. Plus night lights by the bed. The bed linen is satin.
Towels are white, 2 per room and large blue ones on the beach and by the pool.
The beach is literally 2-3 minutes on foot. The sun beds are the same color as by the pool, and umbrellas are free of charge from the hotel if you come with blue towels. Pebble beach. There aren't many people. For a fee, you can rent a bungalow 1500 a day. Ride a sapa 500 hour. Banana 750, cheesecake, etc. But since it is far from the center (Gagra), everything is soft and unobtrusive. You can walk away for literally 2 minutes and it will be deserted, with almost no vacationers who are more comfortable this way. But without sun beds.
There are 2 types of meals available. Breakfast or breakfast + lunch. Buffet, but if there are few vacationers for lunch, up to 15 people, then there is no buffet, but you will definitely be asked what kind of hot dish you will have.
The staff will carefully arrange everything and clean up after you. The restaurant is perfectly clean. From the shiny cutlery to the table.
You can have dinner here by ordering everything from the menu. Dinner can be ordered directly to the room. The food is incredibly delicious. The food is served exquisitely. There are tables with chairs to choose from. But it's very nice to sit in big yellow armchairs or on cute sofas.
If you need a little more budget dinner, there are many delicious cafes, canteens, kebabs to the left of the hotel. You will also find restaurants with sea views on the shore.
When you leave the hotel before lunch, you will be carefully packed with groceries. We even took into account the wishes.
Of course, a lot depends on the vacationers themselves, their upbringing and the amount of alcohol consumed in the scorching sun. And the level of their upbringing and behavior. But even such people eventually accept the hotel's policy under the influence of an atmosphere of calm and comfort.
Many thanks to the staff of the hotel for their well-coordinated work and friendliness. It was comfortable to rest. All our questions have been resolved, and our wishes have been taken into account. Now we recommend this hotel to all relatives and friends.

Not far from the border (7-8 minutes) and you are already at the hotel. The building itself is new, everything is clean and tidy inside. Shower room, bathroom in the room (house) Two swimming pools, trampoline, animation for children. Beach towels are provided free of charge, there is a hotel area on the beach itself, where there are free sun beds, swings. There are tents for those who wish, only 1,500 rubles.
You can have a cup of tea with sweets at the reception. WiFi is available throughout the property. It's five minutes to the beach. There are few people, there are enough sun beds for everyone. Breakfast is a buffet, without frills, but you can eat without problems: there are porridges, vegetables, sausage and cheese cuts, yogurt.
You can order food from the menu.
An important point: there is a generator. Even when the lights are turned off in the neighborhood, there is one here.
The only disadvantage is that it is far from Sukhum and other places.

The territory of the hotel is clean and tidy, good swimming pools, there is a Playground, the rooms are comfortable. The furniture is new, the bed linen was changed every 3 days without reminders or requests. One minus, the air conditioners in the room could not cope in the heat. The food is delicious, varied, high-quality, always fresh, wonderful cocktails. Friendly and caring staff, always respond quickly to any requests and wishes. The sea is 450 m away, sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge. I recommend it! Excellent price-quality ratio.

A good eco-friendly hotel! Wonderful peaceful environment, swimming pool, restaurant (a la carte open all day). For breakfast and lunch, the food is not Turkey, of course, with its own buffet, but so as not to overeat itself! The staff is friendly, responsive, if something arises, it is solved immediately. It is better to take a fumigator at the reception right away! Abkhazian mosquitoes are quiet, small and cunning. They attack only at night. We had a rest with a child, there are animators. I liked everything, everything is great! There are shislongs on the sea. But at sea, you definitely need to take shoes for swimming, the pebbles are cruel. Would you come again? Yes!

A wonderful hotel. Very cozy atmosphere. You can hear birds singing and the sound of the wind, not cars and the bustle of the city. The sea is five minutes away at a calm pace. The territory is being monitored. Always cleaned up. Special thanks to Liana (polite, always very thorough room cleaning, attentive). In general, a place for intimate, quiet relaxation. Animation for children is unobtrusive and interesting. But if you need noise, loud music and discos, this is not the place.

An incomparable hotel!!! Very high-quality food. Very helpful staff! The rooms are clean and comfortable, linen and towels are changed as indicated in the price list. Cleaning is daily. Who writes that the lights are often turned off in the village, so, there is a generator in the hotel and we did not notice the shutdowns. Wi-Fi, conder water have always been there. We're only coming here next year! The sea in this part of Abkhazia is simply incomparable! For those who want to take a break from people, this is the place for you.

I would like to thank the hotel for our wonderful stay. We wanted privacy and to hear the sounds of nature and birdsong more than loud music or the sounds of cars and the city. And that's exactly what we got. It takes a couple of minutes to walk to the sea. And the beaches, unlike other beaches along the coast, for example, Gagra, are in very clean and good condition. Viva Glamp Hotel, Abkhazia, rested in July 2024 for 10 days. Mom, dad and a 1.5 year old child.
My subjective opinion, as a person who, choosing a similar hotel, hopes for a relaxing family vacation.
Minuses:
Drinking Water in the hotel and shops is expensive (for example, 0.5 liters costs 90-120 rubles). For me, it's an atrocity to cash in on the basic needs of people in 30 degree heat. Of course, everyone wants to drink and will buy water for any money.
Water and/or in the pool and/or in the area with a smell, there is a stinky river with frogs next to the hotel, maybe it blows from there.
In the children's pool, the child drank water and then vomited for two days. It is better not to swim there at all, drunken adults walk by, who wash their feet in the children's pool, and dogs and cats drink water.
The room is cleaned for three (dust under sofas and beds), towels and linen are changed every three days.
Local grocery stores can deceive, they will put stale goods to you, especially fruits. A kilogram of peaches costs as much as a kilogram of mangoes in central Russia. The assortment is very meager. You need to be on the lookout.
There are no air conditioners in local restaurants and small portions of food, it seemed to me that the food was brought prepared in advance, and the guests were only warmed up. Everywhere there is a 10% mark-up for service to the receipt. In general, I was expecting a variety from the cuisine of Abkhazia, but this is not so :) slightly disappointed.
The hotel constantly turns off electricity, so water, WiFi, air conditioning disappear, fortunately they turn on quickly too, but a day before 20 outages maybe you were unlucky if you lathered up in the shower :)
In our room, the bathroom door was broken, it's better not to close it, then you'll open the figs. The front door was also poorly locked with a key. It's strange, it seems like the hotel is only 2 years old.
There is garbage on the beach, the guys who have to keep the beach clean are too lazy to clean it up, we ourselves threw out a lot of sawn-off sharp pipes from umbrellas.
By the way, if you come to the beach after 10 a.m., there may not be enough sun beds under umbrellas.
The entrance to the sea is not perfect, even in coral slippers you can feel the pebbles, but this is an insignificant minus.
There are a lot of intrusive "offers" in the sea itself, locals endlessly sail up on jet skis and catamarans close to people and call for a ride, on excursions, we took a mask and were afraid to dive with it - suddenly you dive and such a miracle will be brought to your head.
There are hotel guests without complexes who do not hesitate to listen to lame music by the pool from their speakers to the fullest until late in the evening.
The hotel has a baby cot, in fact it is a playpen, there is no question of any crib. (They also charge 500 rubles per day for its rent)
A lot of stray dogs and cats, even enter the hotel in the evening- they ask for food, you feel uncomfortable, the hotel lacks security or at least a closed gate / gate.
We lived in a superior room, the next room has a common wall, so if the vacationers there slam the door with all their might, the back wall of the house and the bed will shake :) standart rooms each house stands separately, but there are two extreme ones right next to the parking lot - I would not like to live there (below the photo), you go out on the veranda and "admire" cars and garbage cans. And when the electricity is cut off, the diesel generator turns on, which hums a lot.
For a 1.5 year old child, the hotel did not give a towel (but we did not ask for it), we brought everything with us, toys, diapers, food - nothing is for sale here for small children.
The territory behind the hotel is not well maintained, construction is underway.
In general, the impression from the locals is that everyone wants to make as much money as possible from tourists.
Positive:
The climate in July is good (for those who want to warm their ass), after 17:00 the heat subsides and you can comfortably walk down the street.
The hotel is beautiful, the views are stunning on the mountains and cypresses, the concept is successful, it is located close to the border with Russia, it was convenient for us to get with a small child from the airport in Adler.
The food at the hotel is normal (normal, because for me personally there is too much sugar and salt in the dishes), the porridges are very sweet, and the salads are salty, the buffet for breakfast has 3 hot dishes to choose from, for lunch 2. Yes, sometimes there are salads for lunch from what was not eaten for breakfast :) but these are small things. There are drinks - water, juice, tea, instant coffee. For dinner, we ordered food directly to the room - there are no complaints, everything is delicious.
The interior of the houses is modern, it's nice to be here.
To walk to the sea with a child leisurely 5 minutes.
The sea is beautiful, warm, transparent, clean.
There is a connection with the hotel reception via WhatsApp, all issues were resolved promptly.
There is animation for children, and a girl arranges games and contests.
We also chose a hotel for the price, because in Sochi for that kind of money there will be a room in which there is a toilet and a shower two in one.
Our vacation mood is always super optimistic, a vacation once a year and nothing will spoil it :) therefore, our vacation was a success as always!
I would return to Abkhazia once again in my car and with a grown-up baby to go to the mountains and visit all the sights.

Great place, good staff, quiet, cozy. A clean large swimming pool. I liked that there are animators who can relax and have fun all day. The houses are clean, Blork's has been renovated every other day. I really enjoyed it, thanks to the hotel staff for a wonderful vacation.

The hotel is just a cannon! You can say the Maldives. Unrealistically cozy beautiful bungalows, swimming pools. The kitchen is very tasty. But the staff in the restaurant area is not very friendly. Maybe it's the end of the season and they're tired, but the service and the smile on their face are not enough for this heavenly place.

A great eco-style hotel! We took a taxi from the border for 6 minutes. The hotel differs from what we have seen in Abkhazia with its stylish modern interior.
The pool is large, there is a children's pool, there are a lot of sun loungers, there are umbrellas. 5 min walk to the sea. The breakfasts and lunches are really delicious, the staff is friendly, all issues were resolved quickly. The only caveat is mosquitoes. And they didn't bother us much. We liked everything 🫶

Great new glamping, near the airport!
Of the advantages:
- the houses are really nice, clean, elegant, even economical
- in the middle of August, 9 days for breakfast and lunch went out at 62t!!!

For those who wrote that instant coffee with yogurt and compote for breakfast - they forgot to add about 2 types of porridge, 3 types of cheese, sliced vegetables, and 3 blocks with hot (always omelette, sausages, and some kind of side dish) + pastries and casserole.
And so - yes, tea bags, coffee in a jar, a chopped lemon in the morning, and karkade generally refreshes at + 30.
They probably have breakfast at home with freshly brewed coffee, then yes, there is nothing to catch.
Lunch from one to 3, if you come at 14:45, then something may well cool down)
For lunch - chicken or any meat, eggplant, baked vegetables, pasta for children, we ate quite well.
For dinner, you can order a la carte, prices are the same as everywhere else, and the level of cuisine is much better.

Of the cons:
- it's really not thick with fruits

You can buy it and store it in the refrigerator!)
- in economy houses in the heat, the air conditioner works properly, but this does not save frame houses, they do not seem to keep either heat or cold.

- power outage - so the guys fixed everything on the generators for a couple of hours, when the old one was dying, they brought a new one. In a region where there are interruptions in principle, this is a great feat.
- there is nothing sensible around, no shops for children, no pharmacies, no restrooms, no promenade.
It is better to bring toys with you.
And so - if you look at what is in Abkhazia at all, then this glamping resembles a fabulous oasis in the middle of the road.

A PLEASANT SURPRISE
We got into Viva glamp by accident, due to overbooking.
We were wildly upset that we could not get to the hotel that we had been choosing for a long time. We tried to find reviews of Viva on the web, but there was nothing except advertising and render photos, not a single live photo or review. Apart from the only hysterical and inarticulate one... Anyway, my review will probably be the first...
The hotel opened in July 2023. There are minor flaws in the recipe, but everything is in place in the houses!
Exterior: everything is very simple, in Scandinavian style. For Abkhazia, it is unexpectedly stylish👍👍👍
Interior: scandi.
Staff: everything is clear, friendly, without redundancy and to the point.
Plumbing: everything is new, inexpensive, exhaust ventilation. I didn't have enough extra hooks and shelves in the bathtub...
Lighting: well-placed spotlights + bedside lamps on flexible cables, it is very convenient when one is sleeping, the other is reading and the light is only on the book.
Textiles: standard hotel stripe satin, decor.pillows, sofa as an extra.sleeping place, hard. The mattress of the bed is very soft, not comfortable. There are a lot of pillows, good wool blankets.
Fridge. Tea station. Plasma.
Food: everything is fresh, but boring and not varied, for 4-
We had breakfast and lunch included, and dinner on the menu for an additional fee.the fee. By the way, this is a very convenient format for those who stay at the hotel all the way, and in the evening wander along the shore, swim and burn a bonfire on the shore.
Sea and beach: 5 minutes to the sea (really), I crossed Oktyabrskaya Street and here you have a wide strip of sandy and pebble beach and a warm sea. That's it!
The location of the hotel: on the outskirts of "civilization", quiet, no discos and other noisy resort stuff. The hotel is surrounded by guest houses/private sector🤔 it's quiet at night, Sukhumi highway, highway in the distance, almost inaudible. Cicadas, turtledoves, cypresses, pines and eucalyptus trees. If you need a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, come here!
Yes, there are nuances: it is not very clean and well-groomed OUTSIDE the hotel, like in the village, but remember the latest history and "forget" that "Yalta is not here". Quiet, good ecology, stylish hotel, helpful staff. We liked everything! Both inexpensive and beautiful! We could come here again.

Friends, today I will tell you about this hotel. We chose according to many parameters: 4 stars, the concept of a Family hotel, an area with a playground, a buffet, two swimming pools. I was also bribed by the fact that the hotel is new!
The territory is small, but well maintained, the rooms are excellent, there were both in the suite and in the superior. Baby cots are provided, there are no pots and baby baths! If you are with a baby, think about this moment, bathe only in the shower. There are air conditioners. Plus, these houses have their own small terrace with armchairs and a sofa.
Two pools for children and an adult, this is a huge plus! The pools are great.
Occasionally there were problems with the light, an unpleasant moment, especially in the heat! The rooms are cleaned every day, but you need to ask for a change of towels!
There is no playground.
Now about the pain! This is a restaurant! The hotel positions itself as a family-run hotel, but food is tight. It has happened more than once that there is nothing to feed the children ... and the choice is actually very small. We took half board, breakfast-lunch. There is one soup to choose from.
The restaurant is on the street, it is very difficult to have breakfast and lunch, because it is very hot. Flies and bees fly around the buffet, which land on the food.
The staff at the restaurant is not very friendly.
When planning a vacation at this hotel, check about the Swedish line, maybe something will change.
Now about the beach: umbrellas and deck chairs are provided. It's clean, there aren't many people.
The infrastructure is not developed, There is nowhere to go, only if you go towards Gagra. But here everyone has their own ideas about rest.
My stars are for the houses, the pool and the beach.
I wish everyone that reality was always cooler than expectations!

Hello friends. I chose this hotel by accident, I always rely on intuition. I bought a ticket a week before departure, I was on vacation in Abkhazia for the first time, and I was not mistaken with the direction) The hotel consists of Scandinavian-style houses, parking for cars, WIFI throughout, everything is new, year of construction 2023, heated swimming pool (I rested from the end of September to the beginning of October 2023) it is nice to plunge into the pool in the early morning, there are sun loungers and umbrellas, cleanliness and order around, the staff is friendly and responsive, at least they always went to meet me, decent food, keep in mind who is sophisticated in food ... no frills, delicious home cooking, houses were cleaned every day, bed linen is super clean, mattress..the pillows are comfortable, refrigerator, safe, air conditioning , TV, towels...there is a hairdryer and other small things in the shower, 7 minutes walk to the sea (a comfortable walk with children) on the way to the beach there are shops. On the beach from the hotel there are sun beds and umbrellas, vacationers are provided with beach towels. There were power outages, but not long-term (I hope they will install a generator) . I'm going to visit Abkhazia again, and of course only to you Viva Glamp)

Beautiful swimming pool, caring staff,good feedback from the administration, always ready to help and prompt, solve all issues. The food is very tasty. Beautiful nature and the sea. I really liked the hotel. Excellent service, good rooms. The meals were taken for breakfast and lunch, very decent. Dinner is available on the menu, reasonable prices, a good assortment and, most importantly, delicious. Very well maintained territory, clean, heated swimming pool, in the evening you can sit on your veranda.

Lunch per person costs 750 rubles, it includes cold food, karkade compote and eggplant, the rest is either not tasty or chicken and a couple of watermelon and melon cores steamed with a bunch of flies, there is no fruit at all, absolutely.

We had a rest in early September. The hotel is brand new, there are no questions about comfort at all. We booked through an agency, we did not find a reservation at the reception upon arrival, but the issue was quickly resolved and given a room above the level. Great pool, delicious and varied breakfast.
I was somewhat upset by the lack of a coffee machine. For many people, this is almost a necessity, and in this village it is generally very difficult to find a coffee shop. A lot of things are missing from the menu, and since there are no decent places nearby, it didn't work out to eat delicious)
There are also frequent interruptions with light and Internet.

I had a lovely stay at Viva Glamp! The location of the hotel is good – there are a variety of dining options nearby, where you can enjoy delicious food. The hotel complex itself is very clean and well-groomed, the heated outdoor pool offers a pleasant opportunity to relax.
I would like to express special praise to the staff. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I can only recommend this hotel for Sigles as well as families.
