I came here today, I wanted the ends of my hair cut. I was given Master Aigerim's number. The so-called salon is open from 9 a.m. for a minute. I came at 9.30, maybe even earlier I wrote to the master on whatsapp. She didn't answer me. She came at 09.51 and I asked her to cut the ends of my hair, to which she replied that she could not, that she had an appointment for 10 o'clock, although there was still time, she refused me with such a haughty look, although she was very much asked to cut my tips as it would take only 5 minutes of her time. But nevertheless she refused. I waited for her for more than 20 minutes and as a result, this attitude towards the client. A very unpleasant situation, boorish attitude towards customers, indifference. I want to say dear customers, do not go there if you do not want to face such a rude, disrespectful attitude towards customers!!!
