For many years I have been going to Starovoitova Inga Vladimirovna and I trust my smile only to her. During this time, I went to see her at various clinics where the doctor was working at that time. Viva - in my opinion, the best) Attentive staff, everything is always clean, neat, and my doctor is from God! I have had problem teeth since childhood and every time I imagine with horror what kind of front work I have to do. However, Inga always cheers, supports and praises that in general she likes everything, she just needs to put something in order somewhere) It is very soothing and visiting dentistry becomes not a hard labor, but a pleasant event) I recommend it!

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Viva dental clinic, and especially to my attending physician, Olga Timashenko. For a long time, I postponed my visit to the dentist because of the banal fear of pain. It seemed that dental treatment was always unbearably painful, and I was willing to endure it to the last, just not to go. However, if I had known that even with the most difficult problems, you can not experience any discomfort, I would have come to this clinic a long time ago and would not have started my teeth to such a state.
Olga is a true professional in her field! Thanks to her light hand and attentive approach, I did not feel anything during the treatment, and the process was calm and comfortable. Now that I have finally taken care of my teeth, I am sure that for such a large-scale front of work, my dentist will get a good trip abroad. But for the sake of such a gold specialist, it's not a pity – the result is worth it!
I would also like to mention the work of the reception staff – everyone is very friendly, attentive and responsive. It's a pleasure to come to the clinic, you feel in safe hands from the very threshold.

I paid 230 rubles for the treatment of caries. According to prices, they say this: light tooth 140 rubles, medium 160 , large 180 , very complex 200 rubles. They dealt with me in half an hour, the doctor did not say a word that the tooth was difficult, they just took it to the maximum, that's all. + freezing 10 rubles + optargate (mouth dilator) 20 rubles. Do you think it is possible to cope with VERY complex caries in half an hour? I also went to them for professional hygiene before, there is a complex for 160p - it's just ultrasound. But without specifying, I was given an ultrasound + sandblasting for 200 rubles. Conclusion: they want to charge customers for everything. By the way, the seal does not feel very good, it is poorly polished, I know what I'm talking about, since I recently did it in another clinic and the difference is huge (and they charged me 140 rubles and worked for at least 50 minutes instead of half an hour)

I visited Ekaterina Akbari's doctor at an appointment at the Viva clinic. I came with a disk with a 3D image, to clarify whether it is necessary to treat gum problems. The doctor did not see any problems in the picture. Although in my previous dentistry, immediately after this picture, I was treated for two teeth with caries, which was shown in a mirror during treatment. Then I asked a question about the gums, the doctor said, "yes, there is a slight recession." She asked me to tell her in more detail how it would develop, whether she would be able to turn back, and tried to get at least some information. I asked about the reasons, they gave me all the possible ones. She clarified whether it was possible to identify several of the most likely ones, the doctor began to respond in raised tones, "well, I'm not sleeping with you, how do I know" and "I'm not clairvoyant." She asked me to talk to me calmly, to which they said, "I'm an emotional person, I can't talk otherwise." She replied that I was also an emotional person, but at the same time I was talking to her calmly and once again asked me to speak the same way. The doctor finished the appointment and started to leave.
Previously, another doctor had quite a good experience with this clinic, so I give three stars.

Great attitude. Yesterday was the first visit to this dentistry, regarding the removal of a wisdom tooth that has become inflamed. Dr. Olga Korotkevich is a specialist with a capital letter, painless removal and no pain the next day after wisdom tooth extraction - this is not my first wisdom tooth extraction, but the first time I felt comfortable after removal, even the injection was as painless as possible.

This dentistry is located not far from our house, today we visited it for the first time with almost three years old. We needed a consultation and an examination. It's a good clinic. Doctors are tactful, they can correctly describe the problem and find a solution to it, they are looking for the right approach. I lowered the star for the endless waiting. I arrive at the appointed time, but in the end I wait at least 20 minutes for the start of my appointment. It reached forty. It's not very convenient.

I found myself in an unexpected situation on vacation. I was looking for dentistry in Minsk to remove a loose orthodontic mini-screw. VIVA was the only one who did not refuse in such a difficult situation, and offered to drive up to the clinic on the same day.

The worst private clinic I've ever been to. I was served by a woman with white hair. I was immediately alerted by her abrupt behavior. To the assistant's question: "are there any eights?" the doctor replied: "probably haven't been deleted yet." She took it and answered for me! I interrupted and said that all the eights were removed from me as a child. They said caries on one tooth. During the procedure: put a salivary pump in the open cheek for the entire time of the procedure, who should do this? I couldn't breathe anymore because of the lack of saliva after 5 minutes and started coughing, and she says: be patient!!!
Sudden movements, opens my mouth very much so that my lips tore and my mouth almost cracked! I say: it hurts me! No, it doesn't matter! During the procedure, the woman did not say what she was doing. And the attitude itself is contemptuous and unkind. Since childhood, I have been at dentists: a plate, braces, an orthodontist, a mouth guard. I am used to the kind and decent attitude of the patient in a private clinic. And I know how customers should be treated. I gave 150 BYN for 1 tooth. When I was waiting, I saw a male doctor and his patient, with whom he was talking and explaining everything. So it's not a bad clinic, but one doctor (there was a woman with white hair)
How the story ended:
They called me back the same afternoon and apologized. They said that the doctor was on a test period and this will not happen again with other clients) The head of the clinic, with whom I talked, offered me a discount for the next procedure or a free procedure to choose from) which, as a consumer, I was very happy about. This shows how the clinic works on quality and treats its clients)) I decided not to be silent) and end this story on a positive note😌

I went to the difficult removal of eights to Mikha Valentina Alexandrovna on the recommendation of a friend and was 100% satisfied! Of course, there was little pleasure in the procedure itself and it took some tinkering with the tooth, but the doctor was very attentive and careful, very supportive and encouraging, did her job super professionally, so even the consequences of such a heavy removal were practically not felt. And financially it turned out even cheaper than I expected. I recommend it!
