The clinic ruined my teeth and now they ignore me.
1. The first time I came around the end of spring 2024 to put crowns on all my teeth.
2. The doctor ground my teeth very aggressively (that is, more than necessary) and installed the crowns incorrectly, my jaw did not close evenly until the end (malocclusion) and drilled through holes in 3 crowns (seen in the photo). When I complained, I was offered to quickly seal them in 15 minutes. We refused and demanded replacement of crowns. And bite correction, because it was done incorrectly.
3. Due to aggressive turning, it turned out that I need to remove the nerves on 12 teeth, each nerve + 120 euros to expenses. We made a discount, but it turned out to be an unpleasant surprise.
4. Then we agreed to fix the crowns, I arrived, I had 8 crowns replaced on my back teeth. The bite was not corrected, but it got better, everything closes evenly.
5. Upon my return, my teeth began to hurt a lot, which they changed, it turned out that nerves had to be removed there. I started to have inflammation in 4 teeth, one comes straight out of the gum, there is a hole, there is also inflammation in three teeth, where nerves were removed. Every evening my gums get inflamed and throb violently.
6. I went to the doctor in Estonia and was told that the crowns have an incorrect tooth anatomy, which is why I can't eat meat and most vegetables and fruits - this was the first time. As seen in the photo, the teeth are flat. This has been fixed. But now I still can't eat, because now my teeth are very sore, itchy, throbbing, reacting to everything. I just can't chew food, I eat everything soft, I'm depressed, I cry almost every day.. The gums become inflamed because there are gaps between the tooth and the crown and they are also too thick at the base of the tooth, like pies, there is no smooth transition from tooth to crown, which leads to pressure and inflammation. It is also necessary to remove the nerves on 8 teeth and three are inflamed where they have already been removed in the clinic. I also feel pressure in almost all the teeth where the nerves were removed. It was not possible to find out what this is related to . In fact, 80% of my teeth hurt now. I drink painkillers every day.
7. My teeth hurt a lot.I can't drink and eat anything above 36 degrees. And everything below hurts me.
8. While all these problems have not yet made themselves felt, my friend signed up for the clinic on my recommendation, we were all in Turkey together for the first time. They had already agreed with him on arrival and he bought a hotel and plane tickets. He was supposed to be there in a week. The clinic ignored him for a long time and did not respond to him because of my problems. They wrote that they just forgot)
9. After I wrote a review about my dental problems, the clinic called me, listened to everything and told me to come back with an answer soon, it was October 31. Since then, they have not answered me anymore, they did not answer my friend for a long time, but they replied the other day that they had forgotten. While he was not answered, he urgently had to look for a new clinic, which is better for him, of course, but this is the attitude towards clients.
There is a possibility that I was put in the aphid block and just ignored, I don't know.
In 2025, we will move to Turkey and get citizenship and we will go to court because my teeth were damaged and I have a conclusion from two doctors already.
I also plan to communicate in Türk Tabipleri Birliği TTB, let them check your clinic and the doctor who worked with me for the first time for all the necessary certificates. I filmed his name and face on video, so I have proof that he worked for you.

So that you can't say that I'm not your patient. My name is Natalia, I was at the Vitrin clinic at the end of November 24.This is a terrible clinic!!! Deception and charlatanism at every turn!!! The price soars 1.5 - 2 times. Implants are placed at random, without a microscope. There is no sterility!!! There is no documentation!!!
The clinic of deceivers!!! The price soars to the agreed plus 2 thousand. Euro. When disagreement is immediately discussed... practically the one that was negotiated. The operations are carried out in a non-sterile box, a solid courtyard! Managers, receptionists, translators. All without specials. They wear surgical clothes and walk back and forth. And the doctor himself and the assistant without surgical gowns and hats!!! They operate in honey. a tunic without following the rules. I regularly watched them go to the terrace for a smoke break. They don't put on hats or shoe covers for you, they just cover you, my feet in sneakers were not covered. I spent 6 days on the couch in the clinic, I have never seen offices cleaned regularly! The implants are installed on the eye, without connecting to a microscope during installation. Although they have ads everywhere about new super modern devices!Terrible incompetence!!! The doctor did not familiarize himself with the operation plan, 6 teeth had to be removed, 5 were eventually removed, because of this, implants were placed in the wrong places. The 4th tooth was surgically removed - with milk and a chisel. Yes, this tooth was filled and broken off, but the root was excellent!!! this method does not remove the fourth tooth.
