Strange "promotions" here: you are offered to undergo an ophthalmologist's examination for free, but at the same time you are asked to pay for the service, explaining that the cost of the frame and lenses will be reduced by this amount.
When paying for frames and lenses, it turns out that the cost of visiting an ophthalmologist was added to the price indicated on the price tags (where there is no information that this is a promotional price). And the receipt says that, it turns out, both the frame and the glasses were more expensive by exactly the amount paid for visiting the doctor. Having paid for the frame and lenses at the price indicated on the price tags, I have to think that all this costs much more, and I was examined by a doctor "for free".
There is a word that is not very beautiful, but very suitable, in my opinion, "scam". I do not recommend this optics.
