This is the best store in my life. I have never seen such responsive people. I was looking for a part for the stove, I traveled all over Belarus, it's good that the work allows. It seems that I will find the Hephaestus stove, but both in Vitebsk and Gomel and in Minsk and everywhere they said that there was none. I left a request in the online store here for pre-order and on the Hephaestus website (they wrote there that there is in stock). As a result, no one contacted Hephaestus about my purchase, but then they wrote that there were no such in stock and it was unlikely to be, I consulted with the local experts, they said that there were no analogues. I was already upset that I had to buy a new stove because of one comfort, and this is a stove for my mother, and this is sacred. We were already ready to buy a new stove, but then out of the blue... A message from vitgaz.by . We remember about you and, if you want, we will find a comfort, we will bring it. Well, they found it, they brought it. Everything is burning, everything is rustling. Mom is happy, and that's the main thing!!!

Шыкоўны магазін. Ветлівы мэнэджэр, які добра разумее тэму. На жаль, у наяўнасці не было неабходных запчастак, але цягам двух тыдняў яны былі замоўлены і адпраўлены ў Мінск.
Падчас ўсталёўкі ўзнікла пытанне. На яго аператыўна адказалі нават у нядзелю ў другой палове дня. За гэта асобнае дзякуй!
І кошты ніжэй я не сустракаў, дарэчы. Калі будзе неабходнасць, буду замаўляць тут яшчэ.
