I never thought that I would write a negative review on my favorite BV store, but I am shocked. The employee decided to demonstrate to the customer the tonal basis of the product, which is not presented as a tester, but for sale. It was clearly stated that there are no testers! The product was unwound and the product was transferred from the container itself to the customer's hand, and then to the employee. The first is a violation of the integrity of the packaging and shelf life (since the opening date has expired), the second is bacteria. I do not know if the woman eventually took this product, but regardless of this, how could it be allowed at all? Especially if the product is not bought in the end, then these germs and bacteria will sooner or later get on another person's face, possibly causing skin problems. Please add signs that the products CANNOT be opened! The same goes for the care cosmetics that you allow customers to open and smell. Just add testers… Unfortunately, the desire to purchase something has disappeared at the root.
