Many thanks to the guys, the child got stuck in the elevator (10 years old) After contacting the emergency elevator, they said wait and hung up, called 101 an hour later, arrived 5 minutes later and promptly resolved this situation.the child was removed from the elevator cabin.Great guys, thanks a lot to them.
