Everything would be fine if not for one huge drawback - it is located on the 4th floor with a steep staircase. There is no elevator in the building. I'm not talking about parking, for 5-6 cars and it's all "packed". Of course, I love physical activity, but at a specially scheduled time, and climbing the stairs 5-6 times a day in the heat of + 30 outside, ... well, such a pleasure. I can't even imagine how elderly people feel when they come to this agency. There should be an ambulance on duty here. This ladder has "health"
