I am pleasantly surprised by the assortment, both classic and modern models for different tastes are available. If you want - a large carpet, if you want - medium, oval, round. The store is very well designed, I draw this conclusion on the grounds that I was not going to buy a carpet and its purchase was impulsive. The consultants are pleasant to talk to, very polite. Only positive emotions come from the purchase!

I would like to separately note the consultant's attitude to customers, knows his job, consulted on all issues of interest and helped to choose what you need, it's nice to deal with such a professional! I was in the first national trading house, namely in Vitebsk carpets. I liked the wide range of goods, polite and responsive sellers will always make the carpet sizes that the buyer needs. Reasonable prices.

There is a large selection of carpets. But delivery is something:
1. 2 days a week from 15 to 22. Without the possibility to shorten the time.
2. When asked to call an hour before arrival to come home from work, the answer was "I do not know or they are calling, they will arrive at any time"
3. The cherry on the cake - it just didn't arrive. No one called, nothing was reported.

We bought an oval carpet 1.5 by 3 m. They did not pay attention in the store, but when they laid the bed in the apartment, the marriage caught their eye, the areas without a pattern. They returned it. Two months later we were in the First Belarusian and went back in. I saw a carpet of the same color, I was asked to spread it out and, who would have thought, the same carpet with the same spots! They didn't even bother to take it off the market! But the price is not small! It's a shame that tourists coming to Belarus can steal a marriage and form a very definite opinion about the quality of Vitebsk carpets.
