The usher with a dissatisfied look, as if we owed her something, did not want to let the younger child in for free, and the older one on a children's ticket. She talked rudely, wanted to turn around and leave, when she was shown her passport, she began to calculate how old the children were. Dear administration, change it!!!! This terrible woman, she's ruining the zoo's reputation.
I liked that there are much more animals, there is someone to show the children.
But the tracks leave much to be desired. Children stumbled and fell more than once, but of course it is clear that money is needed for the maintenance of animals, but after all, the safety of young visitors is also important

It's hard to call it a zoo. In my opinion, this place should either be closed or seriously engaged in its reconstruction. It is clear that the zoo is surviving. Creepy aviaries, an eerie semblance of asphalt, an atmosphere of hopelessness and a rude attitude on the part of the staff.
